The second bedroom also offers a king bed, additional storage, and a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. The third bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a full-over-full bunk bed and extra pillows for added comfort.

-HEATED POOL: PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS POOL WILL NOT GET AS HOT AS A HOT TUB.

THIS POOL IS HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS ABOUT 80-85 DEGREES, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE. IT WILL ONLY GET TO ~20 DEGREES HIGHER THAN THE OUSIDE TEMPERATURE.



-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.



-CONSTRUCTION: this is a newly developed neighborhood, so always possibility of construction going on in the area.
