Nice view, location, and friendly staff. It’s just too old and the parking is not very convenient and you can hear all the noise from outside especially if you are by the noisy elevator.

First of all thanks to your parking arrangements I received a $30.00 parking violation. 2nd while waiting in line to check in being the only person waiting to check in I was Not even acknowledged. Then when another lady walked up she was immediately acknowledged??? I guess with this hotel there are guest then there are special guest. I'm guessing my staying here was not important enough to make sure I would come back because I assure you I won't nor if I have any friends coming that way. In fact I will go out of my way to tell people not to stay there. You may have cost me $30.00 without an I'm sorry or we will make it up to you but I assure you I will cost you more in the long wrong. The lack of great customer appreciation these days is horrible and your hotel is a very good example of that. I stay in hotels every night and this has truly been my worst experience.

The location was nice and the fact that it had a parking garage was good. The outside presentation/lobby area looked very nice, but the rooms were a standard 1 or 2 star location. The room had bugs flying around but they weren't too annoying. The mattress had a strand of hair on it. I wasn't overly disgusted or surprised due to the reviews I read before. Breakfast was not too bad considering the rest of the quality of the hotel. It did its job and held me over until lunch. Overall, I wouldn't mind coming back if the price was as cheap as some of the 2 star hotels around the area.

Liked that u are pet friendly staff was nice . Pool needs more attention and cleaning Upon are arrival there was undergarments hanging on shower curtain in bathroom and there was roaches in restroom and behind furniture and curtains.

First off they have terrible customer service. They claim to have a policy of you not being able to check in early and if you do then we have to $15 PER AN HOUR! That's beyond RIDICULOUS! None of the employees could pull up the policy to show you this so called policy. Secondly the place looks NOTHING like the photos. The employees were ghetto and ratchet. They were playing music on YouTube out loud on their phones while screaming across the floors to each other. One employee was on our floor 9th screaming to a girl on the 7th or 6th floor. They were very work inappropriate. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

The property was run down and dirty. The staff was rude, if you could find anyone to help you. The continental breakfast was minimal (bagels and cereal with warm milk) at was not replenished in a timely manner. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dirty and rundown inside and outside. Noisy all day and all night.

What I liked about the property was the location and the foyer. Since you’re ask-What I didn’t like: no shower curtain, bugs-lots of bugs, there was hair (not mine) in the sheets, TV reception only on 3 channels, poor lighting-there was no light switch for the main light (I had to unscrew the light bulb before going to sleep), complimentary breakfast was a joke-(only cereal and white bread slices) I ended up going elsewhere in the morning, VERY slow elevators, door would not shut properly-I had to pick up and push the door to securely close it, the sink when I first turned it on the water was brown for a few seconds then became clear. I understand the notion of “getting what you pay for” but for the price, I was disappointed with the hotel and Orbitz for making this place available.

We had to wait before the room was ready but the staff came through with our room

It is at convenient location, clean and compact, the room is OK, but has a good window view. The bathroom is so so, and the TV is old.

Check In was horrible, there was only one person checking everyone in at it took about 7 minutes to check in each person. Our room was perfect (we had a view of the city and the ocean) and the continental breakfast and space to eat was well worth it. I loved the parking garage and being able to go straight up to our room. It felt safe and was overall a nice stay.

Location of the hotel was convenient to downtown Corpus Christi. The staff was friendly; however the number of staff available to check in was unacceptable. Stood in line for over an hour, waiting to check in. Will not return to this hotel because of the slow service.

We had a horrible experience. First it took us almost 35 minutes to check in after waiting for about 20 minutes. Then as we made our way up to our room, we observed the walls and ceilings to be dusty and dirty. The elevator was sketchy as it would vibrate and shake when it was moving. The elevator door started to open before we came to a full stop. Entering the room, we noticed immediately that it resembled more of a roach motel than a $150/night room. Stains on chairs, dust on floor, lighting was horrible. The bed was hard and rough. Not enough outlets for electronics. The bathroom was tiny with no counter to place toiletries. The toilet was so close to the wall it was hard to use without turning my body sideways. When we left to go out for the day we returned to a room that looked like they tried to make one of our beds and then didn't even try with the other. Just horrible. The continental breakfast was pathetic. Had to buy breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs. The one thing this place had going for itself were the nice staff at the front desk and Daniel. We will not be coming back here. This place needs to be renovated or shut down. Definitely not worth $150 dollars a night. Save your money and pay $100/night at the Holiday Inn next door.Anyway we ended up leaving early and booking a room at the Marriott for the same price...we lost money but it was worth leaving....

I thought that others reviewers were exaggerating about the condition of this hotel but they are all correct. This is the worse hotel I have stayed. Big safety issue , outlets broken, doors do not lock , main lobby door doesn’t work , big healthy issue , pillows dirty , toilets disgusting , roaches alive and dead, AC unit super dirty

The room is clean, however, the toilet was not flushing. Hardly anyone’s available to talk to st the service desk. When booked the room it didn’t mentioned anything about additional fees of $25 per night for parking in the hotels own parking garage

The hotel needed a few repairs but overall a nice stay. The front desk and breakfast staff was great. Our door had trouble opening (room 910). It would light up green then wouldn't open. Took a while to work. The coffee bar was supposed to be open in the morning but wasn't around 9:30 when we tried to go (not sure if actually part of hotel) but it still wasn't open if you think of going. Park on the top floor of the parking garage and you can see your car.
