Good place to stay. Only thing I didn't like was that I booked a King bed room and was given a two-double bed room.
We couldn't go as planned and we didn't get the money BACK. I say they stole it from us. I never bin their and I don't plan to go their.
One of the front desk clerk, Cindy, was not friendly at all. We asked her if she could put on the tv in the lobby since we were waiting for a taxi and she said no. How rude. We asked if we could have a 15 minute late checkout and she said no, too. We frequent this hotel often and totallly dissatisfied with front desk clerk, Cindy.
The hotel smells really bad,the entire establishment smells like sewage.
Did enjoy the hot water bathing. The breakfast is simple but enough for the morning.
If you just want to spend a night over that is a good choice, however the ac in the room would made you feel really dry to sleep in the night. It was so uncomfortable to sleep. The bed is having a sour smell. I guess they didn’t change the set but simply arrange the surface. The breakfast is easy acces you feel more comfortable if you get up early and enjoy it or else there will be too many people for the small place. Overall.. can’t really complain with the price but I won’t choose it again.

Perfect location for Belizeans coming over to shop, park the car and you are steps away from the mall, with theaters and shopping. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Ice machine has not been working for several months now. But the breakfast bar was excellent. Highly recommended.

They seems to have a lot of problems with bookings and mistakes with reservations some people. Thought they had rooms but were told they did not. the staff did not seem to take any responsibility for why this had happened and apologies and help to find alternative accommodation would have been better. The breakfast was ok.Rooms were very comfortable. If I had booked directly with the hotel I would not have got my room as it was my friends had to go to another hotel and I had to stay here alone wasn't the get together we had planned.
The hotel is by the mall where you can find a food stand by the second supermarket after the mall where local people go for delicious tortillas. Free parking and also a descent continental breakfast. However, it can be challenging if there is a "tourist bus" taking the breakfast at the same time. Staff people were overwhelmed by all these people and limited places to seat. Overall it was convenient for someone who just needs to sleep.
