We stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent accomodation for what we required. Fantastic views. The players had their own apartments so they was all together and the coaches and parents had the rooms. Rooms were clean and beds were made up everyday. Had a variety of options for everyones tastes at breakfast. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The proprietor even came along to watch a couple of our games. Cobh itself is beautiful. In some of the public houses and take aways, the parents ask the staff if they could phone them a taxi and they said no because they will give them a lift. An unbelievable place and people. 100% I would return to this hotel and location. We had a great time.

Firstly, I have to commend the hotel on the most fantastic customer service. The staff are very keen and on the ball all of the time and they are a credit to Hotel and themselves. Cian was most helpful with the beginning of our booking and then passed me to Mark who made a tailor made package for our family of 5 with 3 girls aged 6 11 and 14. This included bed and breakfast for 3 nights for us all tickets to foto wildlife park, admission to the titanic experience and a voucher to use in the hotel. We even got chocs in the room on arrival! Fredericks looked after us mainly during our stay and nothing was too much for him. He made us feel at home as did all the staff from housekeeping to waitresses. Gitana was fab in looking after us for breakfast which was by far the best hotel breakfast I have encountered. From cooked irish brekkies to pastries and continental breakfast buffet we all left the hotel stuffed and ready for our adventures every morning and the restaurant becomes a Chinese restaurant in the evening and again the food was FAB, and the locals seem to use it a lot for their takeaways. John looked after us in the bar and was happy and courteous and made us comfortable. The room was great. Clean, comfortable and easily accommodated the 5 of us and the views from the whole hotel were spectacular! The walk to town is lovely but back is uphill but it didn't stop us leaving the car in the car park and walking to town every time we popped down to town. There was live entertainment while we were there which was an added bonus. After working in the hotel and hospitality industry and usually being really picky I genuinely have not one single complaint about The Bellavista. Our girls called it our hometel and really didn't want to leave! A HUGE Thank you to everyone. We hope to see you again soon :-)

A group of seven of us stayed in an apartment here at the end of July for one night. I had booked the night about two months in advance and Kevin was very helpful on the phone as I explained how many rooms I needed. From the minute we arrived we were blown away by the standard of the accommodation. Check in was fast and friendly and the boy at the desk even helped with our bags. When we got to our apartment we couldn't believe how big it was...a full sized kitchen, dining room, living room and very spacious bedrooms. Each room was spotlessly clean and all the amenities were very modern. I have to make a note of the full sized cooker and oven in the kitchen as well as the large fridge. This is ideal for anyone staying here for a few days. We also had a patio area at the back with tables and chairs where we could sit outside and enjoy a cup of tea and a catch up. To top this all off we heard a knock on our door the next morning and upon answering found a girl with a bowl of freshly baked warm scones. They went down a treat! Our only regret is that we didn't stay here for longer, but we will definitely be back!

The views from Belle Vista were amazing. We had lots of space for our large family and the walk to Cobh wasn't far. Very convenient to town, pubs, museums, cafes and shopping. The only negative would be be prepared for the walk back to Belle Vista because it is quite a hill climb. Definitely worth the walk for the views.

We were a stranded family of four with all local accommodation full!! Kevin and his Team worked for a good hour telephoning anyone and everyone they knew as well as all hotels in the surrounding area. Eventually Kevin was successful and found us a bed for the night and the best way I could thank him was to write this review as we have never experienced such a gesture of goodmanship!! Thank you

We were a family group of 8 adults and stayed at Harley's townhouse for 4 nights, revisiting Cobh after living there many years ago. The house was perfect for us and our dog. Very clean. Large sitting and dining room. Lovely welcoming staff. Fresh scones each morning. Good powerful showers in each room. We asked for a couple of things for the kitchen and Kevin sent them down straight away. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here start of August staff very nice but sadly that's where it ends breakfast came far too slow after your tea and coffee that was stone cold and when breakfast did come I was waiting for mine as a plate was in front of me and I thaught it was my child's it was that small egg cup of beans one sausage spoonful of mushrooms two small rashers and and two half rings of pudding very very small and as for bite to eat all we seen was Chinese restaurant I like Chinese to the next man but a proper dinner would of been nice as for the hotel nice but parking can be a night mare in the grounds we had to park out on the road as car park was full but yet sign said rooms available didn't understand that

Our family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers stayed in a 3br self-catering suite, and it was the perfect size for us. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed walking to Cobh town center to visit the Heritage Center, Titanic Museum, and the nearby Cathedral. Hired a driver for one day to take us to Cashel to visit the Rock of Cashel and other sights on the way back.

We stayed here for 10 days and had a lovely time thanks to Kevin and Colette and Mark and Fred and all the other staff who looked after us so well. It was fantastic to start the day with a delicious breakfast looking out at the incredible view of the bay and watch the sun set in the cathedral in the evening. It's nice to be in a quiet corner above the hustle and bustle of the town but only a few minutes walk away just the same. There was even a school of dolphins to greet us when we arrived. Thanks again everyone!

A group of 6 stayed here for three nights while traveling through Ireland. This was one of our favorite places on the entire trip. Cobh itself is beautiful, and the people are amazing, but this property offers an excellent food and pub option and the accommodations them sleves are top-rate as well. Please be sure to go see John in the the pub - he is an amazing man that treated us like members of his family from the time we first walked in. he made the stay for us, no doubt about it.
