This was the most terrible experience I have EVER had with a hotel, or orbitz. We traveled with two young toddlers and were worked up by screaming and fighting of adults in the hallways. Physical altercations and pounding on the walls. People screaming they were “going to shoot them” cursing and loud cries for hours. To the point we felt so unsafe we packed our babies and left in the middle of the night. We were over 1,000 miles away from home, 2am, and freezing cold outside. If you’re traveling under ANY circumstances DO NOT stay here!!!

The staff is super Duper friendly. They were very conscious about the pandemic and keeping the room clean I will deathly come back
Nothing in particular. It was close to where I needed to attend meetings.
The lighting was dim could not see thoroughly to put on my makeup. The TV didn't not work, no garbage can in the room at all. The inside lobby small and unattractive for people from out of town. It was not the best decision to have stayed there.

Checking in (late) took much longer than I expected; the clerk did not strike me as very able and was not easy to deal with. The clerk in the morning was much more efficient. Parking was on the other side of the building and not ideal, but from the entry to the building the room was readily accessible and quite satisfactory.
Fire alarm went off more than once at 5:30 am. This inconvenienced many guests
My stay was great. The pool had nothing but children and was a bit noisy. But my overall stay was very nice
The personnel was very nice and let us have a late check out until 12:30 because we arrived so late. The hotel room itself was old and outdated. One of the towels had holes in it. It just needs to be updated. It was clean but due to the aging carpet and furniture it didn't feel as clean as you would want it to be.
Call customer rep twice for having hair in the bathroom. After the second cleanup the problem still existed.
The hotel location was great. Within walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores. I was happy to not have to drive again. When I arrived, my expected room (Single with 1 Queen) was not available so they upgraded me to an entire family suite at no additional cost. I only paid my original price. Very pleased.
Hotel was a good value and conveniently located Chamber maids did a good job Directions provided
They didn't have a room for me when I got there but they sent me to a nicer hotel and didn't charge for upgrade
