Nice comfy rooms with lots of space. Decent breakfast options. However, you need to make sure you take all bags inside, there was a car break-in while we were there.

2 day stay. Musty smell in handicap access room. Used towels left on floor after 1st night not replaced. Air conditioner was noisy. Carpet was damp. Meh all the way around. Staff was nice.

Property was under construction and we did not know this until we arrived. There was a cockroach in our bathroom. Bathroom stool leaked. Air conditioning did not work well.

The property was in a very good location and easy to find and access. Loved the size of my room. Excellent!

The property was behind a Coscto and was not easy to get to. Additionally it was run down and dirty. My room was not clean, the towels and tub were both dirty, the wall had a crack in it, and the smoke detector was literally ripped from the ceiling leaving a joke in it.

Terrible service. Arrived and the first room was not cleaned properly. Hair on toilet and in the tub. Moved to another room and later found out that the toilet didn’t flush. Maintenance came and said toilet was fixed but it was not. Had to keep lifting tank lid and pulling flow pump up to make tank refill. Each day was told it would be taken care of before I returned to room. Staff didn’t show up to prepare continental breakfast so front seat staff was doing the front desk and kitchen. Elevator broke down everyday I was there. Will never return.

This property was terrible, never will I ever stay at another Baymont establishment again. The hotel was dirty, staff wasn’t the best, house keeping was better at a MOTEL 6

This hotel is older and not updated. It was a good value for money. It was quiet, safe, and centrally located.

It was not very clean the pool had trash in it. The rooms were small, ended up in a handicap room felt bad because honestly we were not handicapped but they would not allow us to move to another room.

Price was fair for a very tired and dated property

The staff was overwhelming. We arrived late and checked out late. I can not say enough about them. The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We are from Alaska and slept like a baby in the cool room My hays off to the stall and the welcome we received Mick and Nida Bradford.

It was nice other than the people fighting in the room next door at 5:00am

The clerk that checked me in was phenomenal! She was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating.

Decent place for the price however our room faced the interstate which was a few short yards away. Heard trucks emergency vehicles and traffic all night. Floodlights from Costco and Dicks nard to block out with the curtains. I’d suggest requesting a room NOT facing the interstate.

Affordable and cleanliness spacious. This hotel is the hotel that I would consider visiting next time I come to Memphis

It was a nice room close to highway. Staff was friendly. Moved our daughter into school and would stay here again

Great hotel. Nice and comfy close to great shopping and restaurants.

Average nothing fancy, can tell the hotel is starting to get some age to it but there were no problems

I stay at about 20-30 hotels a year and this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in ages. I have stayed at plenty of other Comfort Suites in the past and they were all decent. Not true of this one. It is in a very strange location behind the Costco, right off the interstate. The Hotel staff were rude/incompetent. Their internet service was down the morning I was to leave and they couldn't check out my room, or print a bill. They had me write down my email address to send me the final bill, but they never did. This is a poor hotel in a sketchy area. Look at the picture posted with this review. It speaks to the "Quality" and safety of this location. Avoid
