Stayed for 2 nights in Premium room (new style). Very spacious and attractive, impeccably clean. Hotel is a modern design incorporated into elegant old palaces. Staff were all great. Recommend the breakfast option-enormous choice and great value plus no great alternatives for early B/F nearby. Location in Juderia area of the old city was close to all the main historic sights.

Well. we would recommend this hotel with reservations as to getting there and parking. I suppose there would have been easier ways but we tried to use Google Maps and it was totally wrong. After 4-5 calls to the hotel, they finally said, get a cab. But we perservered and were able to get to the Plaza. Parking and leaving the car was a must, but expensive. The hotel is OK, our room was small and efficient but dark with one small window looking into a central well. We gave Córdoba 2 nights, not sure it was worth that. In retrospect, I would use trains until Granada, then rent the car for Andulasia only.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with courtyards and flowers, perfectly located to explore historic Córdoba, including the Mezquita and the medieval Jewish neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, great room, great attention to detail, great breakfasts.

It was a great stay.. the location of the hotel is perfect and the facility itself is superb...

Absolutely delightful. Beautiful hotel, and delightfully helpful staff.Close to everything and area very clean and safe. Exactly as was advertized. beautiful rooms and landscaping. Ideal loacation

Ideal location but the housekeeping service needs to pay more attention to details. Hair everywhere-- on the floor, in the bidet, in the bathtub. Cigarette burn on the sheets. Does not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel.

We found our stay at this hotel to be very unpleasant, starting with having to carry our own luggage up the stairs to the check-in area upon arrival - no staff in sight, no way to call for help. The worst part of our stay was the noise from the outdoor nightclub on our side of the building. Our last night, the music blasted until 4 am. When I called the desk at 1am, they did offer to move us to another building but by then the hope of getting a decent night sleep after packing up and moving didn't seem to be a better option. The hotel seemed to cater to business travelers with expense accounts. The breakfast buffet was $16 Euros per person and it was difficult to arrange to order a la carte. The desk assured us it would be okay but the dining room staff refused and there was some back and forth before we could get some simple coffee and bread for way too much money. WiFi had to be paid for. One computer in the lobby could be used for 30 min per day with a special voucher but it timed me out after 9 min. (The 2 star hotels where I stayed in Granada and Seville offered free WiFi and coffee/tea 24/7!) Some of the staff were rude and some were helpful but I don't think I ever saw one of them smile.

The hotel was located with the main entrance in the Old City and the back entrance outside the City Wall to convenient tour office, coffee shop (great breakfast), food stores, banks, etc. It was within a few minutes from all the key sites. Hotel itself was very comfortable (especially compared to the others we stayed at in Andalucia and Madrid)and very contemporary. Only caution -- steps up to the lobby and down (there seemed to be a lift from a garage). Only warning -- driving to the hotel would be a huge challenge given the streets.

Very fine hotel , walking distance from Cordoba mosque. difficult to find if you are reaching there late at night.
