Your site said we bought a king bed with sofa and we got two queens. Your price was $90 and when we bought it was $119. Many things didn't work. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. However, they seemed unprepared for the high influx of people staying there due to a wedding. Every room was booked and the staff definitely seemed overwhelmed. We arrived before 3pm check-in, but the front desk attendant would not let us at least fill out our paperwork and pay our deposit early. She told us we needed to come back after the wedding to do everything (which caused for a very busy night when all of the guests were waiting to check-in at 10pm). I think the hotel could have tried to make things more efficient for themselves and have more staff ready when they know they will be having a busy weekend.
Broken and malfunctioning equipment. Unhelpful desk staff.
There was a delay with getting the pool, that wasnt discovered until we got ready to go inside...door was locked an yellow tape was draped across...finally a guy was called to unlock doors to the pool and we sat to waite about 15 min...then a baby frog found its way inside pool area

Very nice staff. Very clean hotel. I had a trailer and a truck, and were both secured by cameras. So I slept with peace of mind.
We were impressed with this stay. Nice room, nice staff, great breakfast, I would stay here again. If there is one small issue it is the train whistles at night (not the hotel's fault) which we handled with ear plugs.
