Very nice property and amenities
The hotel itself is in good shape and in a good quiet location close to the highway, shopping, and restaurants. Unfortunately, there were two issues. The room was not as clean as it should have been and the breakfast was not up to Hilton property standards. The refrigerator was not properly cleaned and there was a ketchup wrapper, crumbs, and a potato chips bag under the cushions of the sofa bed. Cleaning a bedroom suite can be easy, but these are things that should have been cleaned.
I like that the property is close enough but also far enough from everything. I need to feel relax when I’m ready to settle down for then night and not hear all of what’s going on in the city.

Clean, friendly staff, nice large rooms, convenient location, free breakfast. Great value for the money overall. Only con is pet oder if you are sensitive to it. I can tell my room has a pet in it at some point.
Our go to place for when we have an early flight the next day! Everyone is friendly and helpful. It is clean and quiet. Big comfy beds. Great showers. Perfect!
Not one negative thing to say about this hotel. This will always be where I stay when I’m in the area. Friendly staff and great facility, why stay anywhere else?!?
Every employee of the hotel that i encountered was outstanding. The two gentlemen who drove me in the shuttle (Pete, young fellow, and an older gentleman, glasses, balding, 5'6 or so) were both very very nice and accomodating. Both were great ambassadors for your hotel. Both front desk ladies were also excellent. all in all a great stay. Thank you

A spacious comfortable room, a great bed, fine breakfasts and a very nice light supper on Monday made it perfect for our four-day stay in Pittsburgh; close to family events and only twenty minutes to city-center for museums and sight-seeing. Wonderful hospitality.

We loved this place! Everything was fresh and spotless. The staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast fantastic and work out facilities great! Will definitely plan to stay there again while visiting our son at Pitt.
My wife and I travelled to Pittsburgh for pleasure and stayed at your new hotel in Moon Twp. What a wonderful facility. The room was clean and with a well stocked kitchen area. Very surprised the room had a full size refrigerator with ice maker! A hot breakfast was included each morning and dinner Sunday thru Thursday. The complimentary meals were a real bonus! We did the "tourist" thing visiting such places as the Phipps Conservatory, Fallingwaters, the Mon Incline and the Strip District. We also attended a Pirates game at PNC Park! The staff at this hotel were accommodating and courteous! We would recommend this Homewood Suites by Hilton to anyone visiting Pittsburgh!
The hotel seemed basically new. The location was nice and accessible. The rooms were very modern, spacious and quiet.
The hotel offered great respite after a busy day attending a conference. The staff was helpful, cheerful, and a great asset to the brand!
Our room was very nice. Clean, and comfortable. It was a great place to stay. Only down side was the breakfast. NOT so hot, but the overall experience was great, so I am willing to overlook that.
The room was amazing and very clean. The in-room kitchenette was also exceptional. The only draw backs to the hotel would be the somewhat random location (that will probably not be a problem as the Robinson commercial buildings expand out toward GSK Drive) and the awkward shower in the room. Though the shower was large and modern, the lack of full length glass wall/door made it difficult to keep the water inside the shower stall and awkward to start running the water without getting soaked/frozen in the process.
I selected this Homewood Suites for its close location to FedEx Ground. The property was absolutely flawless and the pool, fitness and business center made my stay even more enjoyable. Plenty of parking and the the staff was very courteous. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and the room includes a full kitchen in the event you want to provide your own meals. I will reserve another room at this location on my next visit to Moon Township, PA.

I do apologize that you had an issue with your stay. We are pet friendly and we try to clean our rooms as thorough as we can after departure and we try not to sell pet rooms for 24 hours after check-out. If you would like to contact us directly with the room number I will have a member of our housekeeping team go into that room to see what we may have missed.
