very friendly staff, nicely renovated new section of hotel with bright, clean, fresh new rooms

Location near Kobanhavn H was perfect, room was like a mini palace and was one of the cheapest avail. The bed was really comfy.....just everything was perfect

The redeeming factors were the location and friendly staff. However, the hotel itself had minimal amenities and the rooms were quite small with dirty bathrooms. For the price of it, it was well worth the stay but I don't think I would visit this hotel again.

Excellent hotel for short stays in Copenhagen. Only a couple of minutes walk from Central station and the fast train to Kastrup airport. Breakfast with all essentials. Room very quiet and comfortable but the heating was not adjusted to cold aututumn nights. At outchecking I got my boarding card outprinted. Nice.

The hotel is in good condition. The rooms are comfortable enough, although there's no hair dryer. If you want a bit more privacy ask for a room on higher floors and on the back. The location is perfect and safe. Even though there are some strip clubs around, you won't have any complaints about them. The front desk staff in the morning and afternoon are simply careless and cold. Don't expect a smile from them. Don't expect anything from them.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are very small but had everything we needed (except a hairdryer). Expect to pay for everything including coffee. Parking is a big issue. When booking it said parking was available, well it is not. You park on the street and you pay dearly for it. Everywhere in Denmark you pay to park your car. It cost about $50 dollars a day/night to park your car. Don't rent a car unless you are exploring the country side, it will cost you a fortune. Transit is great and easy to figure out.

The economy room was too small so I upgraded to a standard room which met our needs and standards. It was excellently located, had good breakfast and the price was very suitable for our plan. The staff was very cooperative and service minded.

This hotel is only two blocks from the train station which meant it only cost $7.50 to go to the airport fir two people. Walking distance to the Town Square where you catch the hop on/hop off bus and Tivoli Gardens. Coffee is complimentary. Breakfast is expensive but worth it because of the coffee. I would definitely stay here again!!

We went to museums each of the days we were there. The city was hosting the Tae Kwon Do Worlds, so we got to see the participants in the hotel throughout the day. I was using the internet in the lobby when someone sat their first-place trophy beside me. It was nice to see how their trip had turned out.
