I don't ubderstand people complaining about the "small, cabin-like rooms" I suggest, that travellers would check hotel's websites before booking, what the brand and idea is behind the hotel(chain). I always do. In this case the story is obviously there, if you have a couple of minutes to read it. I knew that I'd be "sailing in my cabin" without geting seasick ;) For me it was all about location, good night sleep and breakfast. Rooms were small but wery clean, and the bathroom was as tiny as in a ferry! For that reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a heavily overweight people. The bed was soooo comfortable, slept like a baby! Locationwise, the hotel is on a quiet street, so no noice. Good breakfast.

This hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the centre, or 5 minutes from the Forum metro station, and is excellent value for money in this not too cheap city. The rooms are as advertised. Yes- as others have said they are on the small side-but are comfortable enough and we had enough room for 3, and as advertised provide "all you need to sleep" Again the toilet/ shower ocupies a smaller than usyal spsce, but is perfectly adequate, with a curtain to enclose the shower when in use. Soft towells are provided and there is plenty of hot water available. Receptionists are friendly and helpful, and luggage can be left if you arrive early or are leaving the city late in the day. I would not hestitate to stay here again if I return to Copenhagen

We picked this hotel because it was the most reasonable one we could find. The pictures on the web site were totally honest. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom is even smaller. It was clean and in a good location. The bed was comfortable but pretty small for two people. I booked twins but it ended up being a double bed. Breakfast in the morning was good and there was plenty. Not a huge selection but good enough. The front desk staff was friendly and so helpful. I would stay there again

Hotel room was pretty small but I was travelling by myself so that didn't bother me. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was in a convenient area, located near a metro station. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I was looking for somewhere simply to rest my head at night, and this hotel was great for that.

This hotel was our only option left which was in our budget price. At first I was a bit off from the negative reviews I've read but to my surprise the rooms where worth it for the price I paid-very clean even though they were small and breakfast buffet was great. Large selection of cereals, oats, juices, waffles and crossiants, bread, cheese and ham. It was worth it paying for breakfast. Only thing I didn't like is that the shower head was fixed to the roof so it was hard to get rinsed thoroughly. But I still managed. I would recommend this hotel. Very nice staff, everything close by and if you don't feel like walking there's a bus stop and a metro station (forum) close by.

The hotel is located on 10 minutes walking from the Metro Station (Forum) and 20 min walking to the Tivoli Parc. There bus station on 2-3 min walking so basicly you can move very fast everywhere. The breakfast was delicious. There are not so many types of food but what they have are very tasty. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are narrow (because this is the concept and whole idea of this hotel), but looking very good ‎and clean. I like it.

Place is tiny but they will take a family of 4. Must have a bed for each person and hard to find in Copenhagen. Room was smaller than our cruise ship room during the trip but the kids loved it. The had a free breakfast and we got a discounted taxi to the port through the hotel. Close to a subway stop which was cool. Easy to get there from the airport on the subway.

If you want budget accommodation in Copenhagen and can manage an easy 20 minute walk from the central station / 10 minute walk from Vesterport station (or afford a cab!) then stop reading this review and book this hotel. My second floor room was compact but all I needed with en-suite bathroom, plenty of table / wardrobe space, a TV and a comfy bed. They only offer breakfast in the adjoining cafe (not tried) but there's a Netto supermarket a 10 minute walk away (right by Vesterport station) if you want to self-cater on a budget. Copenhagen is a lovely place - this was my first visit and, although it's got an expensive cost of living, it is possible to keep costs down by looking around... use this budget hotel as a great start to your value stay in this wonderful wonderful city.

I had to cancel my booking the day before I was due to stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Maya from reception was extremely understanding and agreed to charge me for one night only instead of two, despite their terms stating full charge. Great customer service. I definitely intend to stay there next time I'm in Copenhagen.

The hotel scored from its convenient yet quiet location as it's just 4 minutes' walk from Forum Metro. If you arrive Copenhagen at international airport, you are 20 minutes or 32DKK direct metro trip away. Being one of the cheapest hotels with private bath, you have little complaints despite the shortcoming listed below. Another incentive is a supermarket is just stone throw distance from Forum station. The rooms have no air con but just one window which can't be opened in full. The 5cm gap allows minimum air ventilating in. This proves to be a huge problem in hot days. Room has basic housekeeping, yet reasonably clean overall. Towels were clean. Space can be tight but workable if you are not too tall. Beds are quite short though and do not fit person taller than 185cm. Beds were soft and need replacement. Breakfast is not as cheap. It has all the basic you need before starting your excursion. It saves time to plan and look for food around as the location does not have many stores nor choices. A 15 minutes walk to the South could reward you much more options. There isn't much service to speak of. The lady in charge in morning showed little patience to serve. Perhaps, I should not expect much for this class of hotel in expensive Copenhagen. If you need to store luggage before or after checking in, be mindful there is no security to it. The room can be accessed by almost everyone. There is no service charge to pay room fees by credit card and exchange rate for Euro was not unreasonable comparing with international airport. A big NO to change money at airport.
