It was a very convenient and comfortable hotel room, near the railway station. It had everything we needed.

We notified hotel in advance that we would be a day late because of airline cancelation due weather. They refused a discount and charged us full price for a day we were not there. When we booked, the advertisement said "no cancellation fee"

Tea and coffee was available Great view when it snowed Luggagerolm free and bail me to all guests Quiet and peaceful

To begin with, the hotel receptionist Camille was very courteous and polite. I stayed in a single room with bunk bed which is adequate enough since I was alone.Very clean because they do room service everyday. My only recommendation is to replace the pillows .I recommend this hotel.

No A/C. Hot! Luggage lift "Out of Order" Tiny. But, clean & helpful, nice staff. We'd not go back, but it would be fine for budget travelers with lower expectations.

Clean, close to center about 1200m and quiet with very good breakfast.

A cheap hotel so lots of kid in group tend to flock here. That being said stay away from the inside courtyard, you will be up all night with childish hooping and hollering.

Hotel was very well located, close to main attractions, attention was very good, the breakfast was good. The rooms are quite small, even under the Scandinavian standards, the bathroom was type airplane.

It was as expected. A good value. A place to stay for night. Clean, helpful staff. Did not receive wake up call which could have presented problem. The phone in room not working. Found out this happened to another guest. Not luxurious but very adequate.

We would stay there again. The location was good. We took a cab to the airport the next morning. A nice clean safe place to stay.

Interesting nice location not to far from Central train station and Tivoli the famous entertainment place. Professional team and good team work. feels like being on a train somehow. But makes you realize that not much space is needed when it comes to sleeping. But all depends on the mood and right additude

I recommend this hotel. This hotel is very basic and only gives the bare necessities. Everything is very clean and looks new. Don't go expecting a 5 star hotel but this is a fantastic place to stay for the money in a very expensive city.

As I was mostly after location the hotel fitted nicely. I found size of room as expected. Bed could have been more comfotable, but of course possible to sleep a couple of nights in. Checking in and reception service was all right.

Very basic, clean, great for an overnighter. We just stopped here for a 4 hour nap after a red-eye flight. Room to sleep, not much else.

Good location but room is too small, not that comfortable.

good hotel, good price, across hbf and tivoli, had 5th floor, no AC... stuffy.

GREAT location near Trivoli park and within walking distance to many other sights to see. Room is small, bathroom is tiny, but it's great for the price and location.

Clean, nice, hotel in a central location. Small but very functional for a few day visit. Gets tight with multiple people cleaning up at the same time. Breakfast was good buffet with some variety. Many nearby restaurants, some with discounts for guests of the hotel.

Ok room if you are looking to just sleep in the room. Otherwise very small. Shower is right next to the toilet, which makes it a bit inconvenient, as there is only a curtain separating the two. Otherwise, pretty cheap for Copenhagen, very good location, breakfast is good.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff made excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Copenhagen. The hotel is like an array of cabins from a boat fit together to maximize the number of hotel rooms in the building. It's of a similar genre as a Japanese-style capsule hotel. This place is a great choice for an excellent value near the heart of Copenhagen. The room was minimalist, small with only a shower and no bath, and a twin-size bed, but the bed was still of ample size for someone over 6 feet tall.
