Awful from, check in to check out. Our room was very dirty-the carpet had not been vacuumed and chunks of food were everywhere. The carpet was wet in places from something spilled. When we called the front desk to complain, we were told that someone would be right over to vacuum. Never happened. I actually hunted down a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the room myself. The wallpaper had weird stains on it that looked like someone had flung bits of food at the wall. The advertised Wifi was broken. There was no hot water to take a shower. The free breakfast consisted of a package of cinnamon rolls from Wal_mart, coffee and watery apple juice. And the staff were hopeless. A total mess.

/Depressing atmosphere. Uninviting pool. No exercise room at all. It was under construction. Continental breakfast was minimal and long out of supplies before 9 a.m. There is a great need for good accommodation in the CobleskNoill area. I hope you can do something about it. Scenery and Howe Caverns especially very interesting and inviting.

Convenient hotel in Cobleskill. Nice big room. Room heater a bit loud.

Old, dirty carpeting in rooms and hallways. Booked two rooms, both were filthy, food on the floor, beds had not been changed. I doubt the room had seen a vacuum for quite some time. We were relocated by the night manager to other rooms. Slight upgrade to the original rooms.

Should have lamp by chair. Coffee maker needs to be closer to outlet.

Very nice and comfortable. Close to a nice diner to -- the Cobleskill diner. The room heater was pretty quiet which is a big plus.

After reading all the positive reviews for this hotel (which is more like a motel, by the way) we decided to book for a one night stay. Upon check-in, the staff could not find our reservation. During the wait for them to sort that out, I noticed a headache creeping up from the overwhelming smell of chlorine bleach from the adjacent indoor pool. Then we get into our room. To say I was horrified is an understatement. It looked like we just happened to check in there after a frat party came through and nobody decided to clean the carpet. Huge stains EVERYWHERE. Big crumbs of who knows what all over the place. It was so bad I looked at my husband and he looked at me and we said "let's go home". We opted to take a 5 hour drive home rather than stay here for the night. It is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

they tried to tell me my stay would be 150.00 more than I was charged when I made reservations. I advise save your confirmation number and charges e-mail

Bathroom and shower were filfthy when we checked in, the bathroom water was running and making noise and not flushing.

Room was clean but could use some refurbishing. Nice having pool, bowling alley, restaurant and bar all on the premises especially during this frigid weather. The barmaid was exceptionally accommodating.

Great hotel small pool but clean. No hot tub. No game room. Bowling was small but fun. We simply had a,fun time. Visited the caverns both howe n secret. Great memories made

Room was not cleaned in the 3 days and beds weren't made

the heated pool was awesome, my son and I really enjoyed that. your staff at the front desk as well as the people that prepare the rooms were very helpful, friendly and hospitable. look forward to returning. thank you again

Our group of ten visited the erie canal on Saturday in Herkimer. It wasn't a huge trek to this motel in Cobleskill. B.W. Delaney's restaurant in the motel was very accommodating to our ten people, and the food and service were great! After enjoying the pool,we were able to celebrate a birthday in one of the rooms without feeling overly crowded. The next day, we went to Secret Caverns, which was nearby. While we didn't use it, I took a look at the bowling alley. It was equally clean and busy. All ten of us enjoyed our stay.

The maids and waitresses were super. They were so friendly and helpful, Loved the service. Would highly recommend this place.

our stay was fun b/c we were there for a wedding in a nearby town. it was really fun to have a bowling alley right in the building! our room, though, was incredibly humid for some reason. we didn't actually talk to anyone about it, so they may have been able to fix it. also: skip the breakfast. our service wasn't so great and i'm sure you could find something better elsewhere.

The front desk people were a little out of it, but perfectly nice and it didn't really hold us up. The rooms were very clean, average hotel rooms, but quite pleasant. The pool was warm and in a nice setting, but kind of small and all shallow. Still nice though. Good restaurant with very reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again!
