Nice, newer facility with indoor pool and fitness center. Very clean. Friendly staff. Close to everything.

Good location, good breakfast choices, nice pool. Close to grocery store and restaurants as well

Ok. Some construction noise during the day. Otherwise a nice stay.

Great location while staying in the area. Centralized to the other attractions Cooperstown has to offer, right on Rt. 28 leading to the Hall of Fame, beautiful mountain views, with everything you could need minutes away.

It was my first time in cooperstown and as a baseball person it was fun. Hotel was comfortable and just what I wanted.

The place is being refurbished the carpet was old and flithy. The heating/AC system was very loud and non-effective. The eating area was under construction. The breakfast was very basic.

good value and location for one night stay. Breakfast just OK.

I'd previously stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Chester, NY, during a baseball tournament my son played in back in September 2012. Free breakfast & Wi-Fi plus a pretty cool pool made it a great experience. The one upside the Cooperstown location had that Chester didn't was a mini-fridge and microwave. Didn't get to use the latter but it was nice to have that option especially given the fact that there is a supermarket right up the road. In addition, the hotel's location was perfect given that it's only 3 miles away from the National Baseball Hall of Fame (which is why we were there in the first place). Directions to get there also couldn't have been simpler. Great experience overall.

room was clean, guest services were amazing . would book again very kid friendly

everything about the hotel was good except the location. it was too far from the center of cooperstown, and there was nothing anywhere near it

We enjoyed our stay here, only one night. The only drawback was that we thought it was closer in to the Baseball Hall of Fame. It is about 5 miles away. Not a big deal, just not as close to restaurants, shopping etc as we had thought. Very clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

It's a great hotel only a short drive from Cooperstown. The room was very comfortable and the staff as helpful as any I've experienced. The continental breakfast was delicious with many choices. I recommend it highly.

We enjoyed the location as it was away from but very convenient to the Baseball Hall of Fame as wee as downtown Cooperstown. A beautifully kept little town which was neat to just explore. Amenities we great for travelers -- refrig, etc.

This place has the best continental breakfast I've ever seen--hot sausages, pancakes, fresh omelets (at least two different kinds), warm cinnamon rolls, as well as blueberry and other kinds of muffins, cereals, and other things. My one change to that here would be to add a microwave oven, so I could melt the butter on a blueberry muffin, but the other things were so good, I didn't get to that. It was also nice to have a "business room" with two computers, so my spouse and I could both be on the internet at the same time.

We stayed here overnight before going to the BB Hall of Fame in the morning. Got in just in time for a swim. The room was clean and the breakfast was acceptable. Nothing negative to report.

It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time at hotel. Room was clean and roomy. I enjoy the complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Front desk staff extremely friendly. Housekeeping always greeted us in passing. The room was great great night sleep in a very comfortable king Size bed. My only concern....pool was cloudy, green not too clean. Definitely needed clorine. Missed complimentsry breakfast....wish it was extended to 10:30. Otherwise hospitality was fantastic.

Overall experience was good. Cost was pricey due to baseball event in town.

Mattresses need replacing, floors need to be vacuumed and wall paper in common areas peeling.

This is a very nice, clean and well appointed hotel. We especially like the breakfast. They had quite a few choices - cheese omelets, bacon, pancakes, cereal, danish, bagels and fruit - all prepared well and very tasty. There is a business office with two PCs and a printer. They have free hard wire internet and WIFI, but the WIFI was very weak in our room. That's the only complaint I have but not a very big one. I would stay here again and recommend you do so as well!
