The staff was excellent. I've never been treated so well. The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful, gracious and welcoming. I checked in very late and was traveling alone. Our days were filled with activity as we left the hotel early mornings and did not return until near bedtime. There are several good places to eat very near, and the location was also convenient ...

My room was clean and well-appointed for the price -- the room appeared clean and the kitchenette was adequate for my needs. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and I wouldn't have minded an extra blanket but again, for the price, I really can't complain. I did have to laugh when I got to my room and found that the "city view" (promised when I booked online) was actually just a window overlooking a busy interstate highway.
We were very pleased with this well designed, clean, friendly hotel. The free breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the air freshener smells which were very strong in the lobby and the room.
It was a nice room but the bathroom door could not close, the heater wouldnt get warm n kept cutting off n a few spiders
The staff was excellent. I've never been treated so well. The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful, gracious and welcoming. I checked in very late and was traveling alone. I don't often travel without my husband, but this was a family emergency. Wes got a cart, went to my car, located a better parking place, helped me with my bags to the room and wouldn't accept a tip. I felt very welcomed and at home. A very reassuring start to a very difficult trip. During this stressful trip, the room was my oasis of comfort & peace. Newly renovated and comfortable, I can see the potential when construction is done. Two months earlier my family had stayed in a nearby hotel and the staff was rude. I have recommended my family stay at this La Quinta next time. That being said, I wish Orbitz said something about this location being under construction when I booked the room.
