we needed a place close to the grandkids that we were visiting. Hotel staff were VERY friendly and our room was clean and neat every day. Breakfest bar was more than adequate.Only downside was the outside entrance to rooms which just shows the age of property but did not make us feel unsafe as there was plenty of parking lot lighting.Would stay here again, good rates

I had no problems at all with this hotel. I travel many times a year to The Woodlands area for music concerts.and this has been the best hotel I've stayed at with out breaking my bank account. The rooms were clean, it was easy to get to, and the bed was absolutely the best. I will definitely be staying there on my next stay in the area.

Andrea at the front desk (I think that's her name) is FANTASTIC. Always friendly, efficient and courteous. We have stayed here before and will likely stay again.

very friendly staff but, no elevator in house and small stairs to second floor only. Hard to bring 2 suitcases up. Width of stairs would have to be 2 feet wider at least not to bump into the banister all the time. Good location but a bit noisy. Close to woodlands Mall.

The hotel was somewhat OK, looked a little dated and there was too much freeway noise. You could here the traffic at all hours. The hotel is situated too close to the freeway.

We went to a wedding. The room was was very pleasant and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was must better than in any other hotel we have stayed in and I have traveled quite a bit. I will definitely stay in Hampton on my next trip.

Good clean room.

All of the hotel room doors face the exterior. That ordinarily wouldn't bother me, but with busy IH45 just a few yards away, it was annoying. The room was clean and adequate, but there was nothing special.

Good hotel for a one nighter. Breakfast could use something besides just breadstuffs - i.e. waffles, muffins, bran cereals, toast. Room was clean. Bad location being two miles from the I-45 exit. Kept going around in circles to get to it from restuarants, gas, etc.

Easy check in, room was Handicap, kind of awkward for 6'+ traveler, but o.k. Breakfast okie dokie, although eggs were cold. Lots of other stuff to munch on though.
