All was fine except the WIFI.
If you miss the property you have to go out of the way to get back to it.

There was more highway noise than I would have liked, and too many guests who left their trucks running in the parking lot.
The first night was very quiet and peaceful. 2nd night, antiquated mini-fridge was so loud I had to unplug it. Not to mention my neighbors who were obviously very much in love (Ahem) and kept me awake. Glad someone was having fun!
Hotel was nice very basic. No luxury but fairly priced. It was good for a quick weekend getaway.

Close to a great Mexican restaurant (2min). Room smelled ok, toilet backed up and slowly leaked water into the bathroom floor, not enough towels or pillows, no extra blankets or sheets for the pull out couch, doors exit to parking lot, LIVE ROACH ON ITS BACK IN THE TUB, air conditioner was having trouble keeping up, pillows are the size of throw pillows and are lumpy, beds are old hard and well used, sheets stiff, mirror dismounted from the wall, microwave mounted in the wall over the sink, fridge old and loud, tons of light coming in from outside. Would have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express but they were sold out. Don’t waste your money on this place.
Nothing was unique but it was convenient to beclose to the university. Very reasonable
Everything & Everyone was perfect except the water in the shower would not get hot or even warm.
The hotel (motel) clerk never acknowledged or greeted us upon arrival. Walking though the parking lot there were many people standing around, people floating in the pool with their street clothes on, another man drinking beer in his room with the door wide open, broken furniture in our room, hair in the sink, general overall didn't smell or feel clean. Checked our immediately
stayed one night, it was clean and quiet. It was close to area attractions.

Unfortunately we do not keep bedding for our sofa beds in the rooms as they are not used frequently and we want the bedding to be fresh, but our front desk staff is always willing to provide it upon request.
