Perfectamente situado en la calle Carril de la Fuente, a pocos pasos del casco histórico, el alojamiento, en una primera planta, tiene dos dormitorios, una terraza con vistas al mar, aire acondicionado, admite mascotas y está decorado con mucho gusto. Un estilo moderno, con muy buen gusto, nada recargado y repleto de detalles bonitos. Es un apartamento muy luminoso.

Salón Comedorde buen tamaño, cuenta con sofá, TV de pantalla plana, mesa de comedor con sillas y aire acondicionado. Desde él se accede a la terraza con vistas a la playa, que es una de las joyas de este apartamento en Conil.

La cocinaes de planta abierta y está completamente equipada con los más modernos electrodomésticos y cuenta con menaje de cocina para 4 personas.

El apartamento está justo al lado de todo; una vez que llegas a Conil aparcas el coche y no tienes que moverlo para nada, todo está a dos pasos. La calle en sí es tranquila, pero a menos de 20 metros comienza la zona más turística de Conil, con sus bares, restaurantes y todo tipo de comercios. Algunos de los monumentos más emblemáticos están también a escasos metros andando; estos son la iglesia de Santa Catalina, convertida en centro cultural o la Torre de Guzmán. En plena Avenida de La Playa, una de las zonas más vivas del centro, tenemos a pocos pasos restaurantes tan conocidos como El Oasis, La Taberna o el Pasaje, todos ellos con especialidad en tapas a base de productos de la zona como el atún o el marisco. La zona de copas de la calle Cádiz también está muy cerca del apartamento, y la playa de los Bateles a menos de 4 minutos andando.

So wie es beschrieben ist ….

Die Lage ist natürlich phänomenal. Nahe am Strand, direkt im Bereich der Altstadt, so dass man kaum besser in Conil buchen kann. Wir hatten noch einen Parkplatz gebucht, der sich im Komplex befand und damit ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft war. Ansonsten ist dem Profil alles zu entnehmen, die Agentur vor Ort war immer erreichbar, so dass wir sehr zufrieden waren.
