I had a major leak in my room. Not sure where it was coming from, but it seem like its been there for a while.

This hotel is very dissapointing. There was a strong chemical smell in the room, the shower had a nasty smell like it had never been cleaned. The sheets on the bed were worn so thin you can see through them and had lots of stains, also the carpet had burned areas and was dirty looking. They should charge a fraction of what they do for this hotel based on the condition its in.

I asked for a smoking room and was told i got one. But when i got to the room no ashtrays no evidence that i could smoke. Paint was chipping in many areas. No parking in front of the office. I had to drive around the building twice to find the office. I felt very unsafe with the door. Felt like some one could break in. the door jam and the such was old and falling apart.

There is no sound proofing at all. The connecting room basically sounded like they were in our room. We heard everything! Even breathing could be heard because beds were back to back on the walls. Also in the middle of the night pipes made noises so loud you would scream. Not a great place to stay if you need to SLEEP!

They are in need of a makeover. Shabby room. Overall run down condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is decent for the price and the staff are very friendly. The location is it's best attribute. It is centered right where everything is and it's very close to the highway. The big downfall to this hotel is it's breakfast. Other than that it's worth the price!

When on a road trip, we often book 2-star lodging, as we are only looking for a place to spend the night. My expectations are realistic. This Days Inn is not good enough for 1-star. It is worn-out, low end, absolutely minimum. The staff was nice enough and the place was reasonably clean, but it was NOT worth the money. It is the worst place I have stayed in years.

Facilities were old. Needs upgrading. Breakfast was a joke.

Not a good experience..the only good thing about this hotel was the proximity to I-70.

I am sorry you experienced that. We were unaware of any leak when we put you in that room. However, we moved you as soon as we were made aware.

I am sorry their was no ashtray in your room, sometimes when housekeepig removes them for cleaning the forget to put a new one in. We have few smoking rooms so it is not something they do everyday. As to parking in front of the office, unfortunately the persons who designed this building did not allow for that when they put an enterance to the main street directly infront of the main enterance to the building. It is an inconveinence in many ways honestly, but unfortunately we can do nothing about it. As to the strength and security of our doors, the doors are metel as well as the frames inside and outside. The paint maybe a little chipped or cracked from weathering but the frames themselves are completely sturdy and secure and the doors are equiped with 3 locks. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.

I am very sorry that you had an unpleasant night as our guest. Had you notified the front desk that you were having issues with noise from neighboring rooms we would have addressed the issue and moved you to a different room. As to the loud noises from the pipes, I can only apologize again. I will have to look into that and have maintenance work on it. Thank you for your review and I hope you have a nice day.
