The hotel is old and tired. There’s no daily maid service no Covid as well past. The coffee sucks. There’s really no excuse for this. We will have stayed six hotels on our trip. This is the worst.

They do not come in and clean the rooms daily. They only clean and exchange towels after you checkout. I will choose another hotel next time.

The pool
I found it very disappointing, that there was no room cleaning, and towel replacement each day. We stayed for 5 nights. When I came back to the room after the first night to take a quick shower, I get to the room and the beds weren't made ,and the towels weren't changed out. I went down to the front desk where I was told that they only clean the room after we check out. So we had to get towels every day. The shower curtain was all ripped up. I told the manager, he said that he would take care or it. That never happened. The pool was drained. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. I really expected better service for $125 a night!
You could tell the property is highly used and was in good condition for that but could have been cleaner (chips behind the bed, soda or some sort of liquid on walls in random spots)
