Construction next door is a little loud but bearable able. That’s my only concern with my stay.
The construction and traffic noise is the reason for the rating. Nothing the hotel can control but the door has a gap at the bottom, maybe something can be done about that?
It was in a very dirty area of town. Noisy as hell and felt very un safe their.

The staff was great. They get a five, but the property was filthy. They had bird poop over flowing on the stairs, walkways, and handrails. It was disgusting and unhealthy.
The staff were very nice, the room was very clean. The trains are pretty noisy, but that’s not the property’s fault.
Everything was great. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and everything worked at it should. Room was as described.

Fire alarm went off during the night. Bird poop all over stairways. Very noisy with street traffic. Pool closed. Shame on you Orbitz
what we did not like was even while we were on the pool side it was loud. Not from the street so much as the rooms above and next door. One thing to not have carpet on the first floor but above you hear everything that the neighbours.,.well you hear every sneeze and word they said. and the gap under the door at night...was really bad we could see the sidewalk outside. I stuck towels there just too keep the draft and some of the noise down.,,,this should be fixed as well as the sound between the adjoining doors...put weather stripping on both of those doors inside and that will help for the double doors and use something on the outside doors as well !

Sorry the town was dirty and the noise is from freeway and street noise . We do out ear plugs in rooms .

We are working on bird problem we have put spikes and netting up but they will not leave . My team works hard on cleaning up everyday .
