Room was comfortable and cable selections were good.

Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. The manager was very gracious and went out of her way to assist our large family group.

hotel had cockaroaches on the dresser and in the bathroom..that alone tells you the room isn't clean

Room is ok but wifi connection gave me a lot of trouble. I have to go to the lobby to connect to internet.

The room was small and cozy. Everything was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Did not like the jetted tub in the room, very small. Breakfast was OK but wasn't allowed to take it back to my room which I found to be ridiculous. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location, restaurants and shopping nearby.

Not very clean, and very noisy. Paper thin walls. I would not recommend staying there. There was dust everywhere and it looked like the room was not ever properly cleaned.

Very run down and smelled like cig smoke the whole time. Would not stay again at a Days Inn. Bathroom was horrible and leaky shower which sprayed up at ceiling then back down at me... Cold and disturbing.

Great stay! The only issue was the vending machine was out of stock...no water.

The room has a musty smell when we first came in. The bath room smells like urine. I feel that the bed linens are not clean and fresh. I was afraid the bed has bedbugs. I overheard the receptionist was arguing on the phone with one of the disgruntled patron.

Clean and nice room. Staff are pleasant and great location.

Exceeded expectations. Location was decent, close to BART station.

I was actually very surprised at how comfortable the room was. Very impressed.

Close to a BART station. The room was a lot nicer than I expected. Nice king sized bed, quiet, clean. The only problem was the rude woman I spoke to over the phone the two times I called about my reservation. I was stressed about changing my reservation from smoking to non-smoking and she was abrupt and very unhelpful. The manager was quite nice, however.,

Very nice rooms. Clean and comfortable. Mkssing a lot of channels on the TV lineup and remote did not work for most of the time. But other than that, it was a great stay and I will definitely book again in the future.

Staff was accomodating and helpful, the free breakafast was a real breakfast with waffles, sausages, croissants, muffins, bagles, coffee, cappacino, juice and hot chocolate. The pool was very small, but overall my daughter and I had a great experience.

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. But it's definitely showing some wear and tear. Handles were falling off the dressers, and they had this weird "punchbowl" type sink outside the bathroom with no way to keep the water in. So you wound up running water to shave or brush your teeth. And California is in a serious drought. They also had a small pool, but there was so much junk around it that I didn't see any takers. I'll pass on this one next time I'm in the area.

We've stayed here a number of times while visiting family in the area. The owner is active and attentive, the location is good, and the room is a clean, comfortable room. We'll stay here again!

The staff was very polite and I feel bad about writing this, but there is no excuse for the room to be in that condition. The room was gross and smelled like you smell after a week of camping. The carpet had hair and sock lent all over. The bedding was the worst part, sheets were worn paper thin stained in a location I would not let my mind comprehend until I left. I strongly suspect the sheets were not even laundered after the last guest. The blanket and bedspread were equally as gross and old, I actually thought to myself they seemed like a homeless person slept here. The walls are also very thin, I got to listen to the person next door watch to the TV until 3 AM. I knocked on the wall and politely asked to turn it down and I called the front desk and nothing worked. The bad parts that were not the hotel's fault were the continuous car alarms throughout the night and loud mufflers from the street. I travel over half the year for work, mostly International and I am no stranger to dirty rooms and I know how to live in them, but I usually know what I'm getting into based on the country and city. This was unexpected, in a affluent city and a normally descent hotel chain.

When I walked in, the room smelled like dirty socks, so I bought air freshener. I stayed 3 nights - each night upon returning, I had to go downstairs to get the room key re-coded. The ottoman in the room was stained with what looked like grease, and the sheers at the window and the carpet below had huge red stains - maybe fingernail polish that had been flung while open. The window screen was ripped, so I was unable to allow fresh air in without bugs flying in to the lights. However, the bed was moderately comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the air conditioner worked well, the microwave worked, as did the refrigerator, the TV, and the blow dryer. But the hotel property was FILTHY! All manner of detritus (broken sinks, lumber, bed frames) were tucked away in exterior corners of the property in full view of guests. The area around the pool, and all tile floors leading to the rooms, looked as if they hadn't been mopped or even hosed down in a year. It felt like many of my neighbors were living at the hotel on homeless or battered women's shelter vouchers and, for the most part, it was pretty quiet. Personally, I would never stay there again and would not recommend staying there to anyone.

Overall the hotel was decent. The pool was very tiny and not very clean but we had a limited amount of time so we may not have used it anyway. Breakfast next morning was also OK but the dinning area was in very tight quarters and two of us had to stand. Rooms were good and staff was very friendly/accommodating.
