I made a reservation date error online. I called Expedia 5 min. after the error to cancel the reservation. Expedia told me they had to contact the hotel. I intended on staying there in April not the next day in January. The hotel manager would not reschedule the reservation nor cancel the reservation. Expedia would not credit my card. I am disputing the charge on my credit card. The hotel would not even return my messages to them. I find this customer service terrible and Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for not doing more. Needless to say I will never use Expedia again.
