Location was good for us. Parking was an issue a lot of cars and next to a Denny’s. Wondered if other people were using the parking spots. If you park in the back you have to walk all the way in the front.
The lady who checked us in was an absolute wonderful human being. The bathroom light switch was broken and would fall off when pressed but it wasn't that big of a deal to us. We reported it to three nice lady who checked us in and told her she could wait to have it fixed until after we left the next day. The room was mostly clean but there was a weird and kind of icky residue in and around the shower drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. We didn't report it because by the time we noticed it we were ready for bed and didn't want to deal with it. The next day we asked for late check-out (1pm instead of noon), and we were given permission from the front desk. We moved our car to the loading area in front of the reception desk and had started making trips to the car with our suitcases and belongings. As we were gathering the last of our belongings from the room, a different younger Hispanic lady from reception BEAT on our door and yelled at us that it was 1:03 and we needed to get out of the hotel. We were in complete shock as she had been watching us move our stuff to our car parked right in front of her. So completely unnecessarily rude, and we were so upset we didn't even get her name. Absolute WORST customer service from that lady possible. Rude and embarrassing!!
Front desk lady was sour and easily triggered by anything. After fighting with the computer for 15 minutes she turns and tells us that the reservation was not there. We called orbitz and showed her the confirmation. Messy and incompetent.
The heater in the room was very loud, only two towels in room, I had asked for more towels and they never brought me towels. Rooms were decent
Great breakfast, early check in fee kinda sucked, broken phone never sent someone to repair phone and not yet have guest laundry super inconvient also unable to extend stay
The two gals at the front desk were Great as well as the breakfast!
They put us by elevator so we heard that all night. No sheets for bed and heater did not work.

Probably one of the best Best Western hotels we’ve stayed at. The only negative was the A/C was a little noisy. The breakfast was great, staff good, and close enough to LAX. Well use again.
First day checking in there was an issue with the shower head, called the front desk they came up immediately and fixed it. Second day stay they toilet got clogged. Called front desk several times no one answered. Called again they finally answered they never came to fix the toilet. Had to use the bathroom in the lobby, very disappointing.
Nice and clean. Only thing was they were doing maintenance work and started making hitting noises at 9am and we were next to it.
