The condition of the hotel is really bad: dirty walls and carpet, stained bed skirts, stiff towels and blankets. There were roaches in the bathroom when I turned on the lights at night. The attendant was monosyllabic and took 15 minutes to return although the sign said "back in 5 minutes." I was desperate and it was the only room available on short notice.

Poor internet, I could not connect in 3 different time-of-day tries. Otherwise, ok.

Room could use maintenance. Walls were dirty. Toilet barely flushed. Bathroom was nice and bed was comfortable. Ok stay if nowhere else to go. Convenient location

i recommend this hotel for family trip, its closed to downtown, disney and outlets

Very relaxing and quiet big clean rooms friendly staff

Total Value for the money and not that far from the city.

the staff is nice, the hotel is clean , cheap price,

The hotel was clean and quiet even though right under a major freeway. No bells, no whistles, no complaints. It was near where we needed to be and we would return again if necessary.

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting family. No problems to report.

The lady receptionist during my checkout was not so friendly in helping the customer. I informed her that the printer is not working. She just casually responded by saying "there's no ink". I asked for another way to print, she said "none". In desparation, I browse the control panel and found out that the setting was wrong. In short, I was able to print my pass. When confronted, the receptionist said she was informed the other day that there is no ink in the printer. Obviously, no one lifted a finger to check or change the ink...I'm giving an award for "laziness" to the receptionist. The room needs deodorizer, the pillows should be changed, they stink.

Was there for job interview. Mostly everything was good, clean room, bath, etc. The halls were dark and dirty, with some towel lying around on the floor first day and still there on the second day! The room was good, however, so no complaints there. Basically, good room for this money.

The hotel was decent, the location was great which a plus

Phone did not work

I was really pleased with the facility. I enjoyed the room, there was a mini fridge, free wifi and iron which is perfect for a person traveling for business. The facility also had a nice size pool, and is centrally located near shopping (the citadel outlets) as well as a casino, so there are plenty of places for entertainment. Most importantly, the room was a reasonably priced. Highly recommended I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient location, not fancy but nice and clean. Helpful staff. Nice lobby area with coffee, tv, computers and printer.

Didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. Used it for a jump and landing point for Medievil Times. There are many more places nearby also. The room was clean but the hallways were very dirty with food and other things. Cleaning staff was working before 8am. Not great for a sunday morning.

One computer terminal was down this made for long waits ...

I picked this hotel mainly because of its location which was great for my business. However I definatly will not stay there again. The room smelled and was not as clean as it should have been. The internet service which I need for my business was poor at best. The bed was like sleeping on a bed of rocks. I even had to go to the front counter to get some hand soap as there was none in the room. The heater worked the first day but the second I again had to go to the front desk to get them to turn it on and it only worked for an hour. The hotel is located right next to the freeway and railroad tracks but I never heard them over the noise the other guests made by slamming doors.

[...] was very cordial during sign in ... Internet computer was avaiable at all times ... Attendant was attentive

The room cleaning service staffing needs to be performing a better job at cleaning. Easy to clean stains were apparent above trash can locations. And ALL of the hallway and room carpeting was filthy! We could see a black line of dirt up and down the hallways and in-between the beds in the actual room. I was forced to wear my slippers while inside my room. And we paid decent money for the room. All we expect is cleanliness, as expected in our own home. Also it was ugly to enter the hotel lobby to see scratched up furniture!
