However my family and I don't gamble, and the hotel is located early 40 min (in traffic) to central LA and points of interest. Besides the spa, which the family didn't utilize, there are few amenities available. In the future , will book closer to the city, and well in advance.

I'm big on reading reviews before I book a hotel, so I had to take time to write one for this hotel in particular! The service was SPECTACULAR, my room was cleaned everyday, room was a smoking room which I wanted but I love that it did not reak like normal smoking rooms. The room smelled gorgeous! The premises were clean and up to date. The location was easy to get around to everything, located across from the Highway make it even more convinient! I ordered room service every day and was treated like royalty and it was not expensive! The food was delicious, menu had a variety and came quick and hot! I stayed for 6 nights and did not want to leave! Great experience thank you again!

Room was comfortable for a business traveler. Front desk staff was excellent. The valet service was also excellent. The casino was a little seedy for my taste. I would not recommend the restaurant. Convenient location and next to shopping outlet and restaurants.

very nice hotel, good services, and close to everything

Very comfortable, friendly staff, pool with Jacuzzi, sports bar and grill. After driving 4 hours to hotel we had easy check in. We had parking in the back for our truck and trailer. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

Enjoyed the stay. It was our first time to LA. Just wish I would have known the area better before booking.

The hotel is nice, everything was perfect! The breakfast was nice as well :) ) :)

The hotel wasn't too bad staff was friendly and helpful also everything clean. I just wish it was closer to the city. Also the hotel was all about gambling and not much else, which was a bummer. And not to mention this was for our honeymoon. Not the best hotel for a honeymoon.

it was nice overall but do not expect vegas from casino here.

Beautiful view from the deck, casino seems very out of date. Just a little far from the city.

The casino, inside and out, is old and run down, but the hotel rooms seem recently remodeled. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're planning to play poker, though.

The room i stayed in was nice, clean, stylish and comfortable. However i was a little unhappy about a few things: 1). The staff didn't finish preparing the rooms in time, and i had to check in over an hour late. 2). The pool and spa was closed. 3). There was ongoing construction, and workers using loud machinery DIRECTLY outside my window at 6:45AM sharp.. They woke me up with loud grinding/banging noises, shouting and more, and made it impossible to go back to sleep. The newly remodeled rooms were very nice, however you are better to stay here after the construction is completed.

Was nicer and been upgraded, also helpful staff and decent location .

Very professional, fast & friendly staff, beautiful hotel

Rooms were clean and restaurants in hotel were very good. We chose to park ourselves and had to walk from the far end of the parking lot with our luggage through the casino to get to the front desk. I suggest separate parking for hotel guests and a separate guest entrance away from the casino. Second problem was we were able to hear the people in the next room very well through the attached door.

Got a room strictly for the convenience..playing a 2 day poker tournament. Woke up with bites all over my leg and stomach..beds uncomfortable. Not worth the $140.

I chose this hotel because it was close to a location where I was having a meeting. The access off the freeway was good, and it was a good choice for this part of the city. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

The staff is very helpful, the room is very clean, way better than the Luxor hotel, but the a/c could use it maintenance.

The hotel is enough far from the center of Los Angeles.

The room had the moldy musty feeling when I walked in. It had no refrigerator which was listed in the amenities and which was the deciding factor against DoubleTree. The bed however was very comfortable and very clean. The food (both room serviced and in the restaurant ) was bad.
