Kind of hard to find, but not a bad room. Front desk was friendly and helpful. A little out dated but clean. Worked fine as a stop over.
Traveling home, nearly there, but needed to rest. Stopped here. The room was clean, shied sign of age. The tv stand had folded paper leveling it out, drawers still slid open. It was quiet and we slept well. The "breakfast" consisted of toast with a community tub of margarine and jelly pacs. There was cereal, orange and apple juice, but I didn't see milk. So, we had to go for breakfast elsewhere, adding another stop to our trip home.
I believe that when you check into or out of hotel you should be able to speak to a person not just have a note posted saying leave your keys here and thanks for staying with us. To me that is poor service. Also there breakfast was not up to par. Both of there juices were empty.
Rooms were not near as nice as pictures on line. Breakfast was minimal. Felt like I was staying at a bit of a fleabag hotel.
Hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, towels were white, beds were phenomenal. Best sleep in a hotel ever
The owner was very courteous, well kept hotel, neat and clean. Very competitive rate. Would gladly stay there again.
The rooms are very clean. The daily cleaning service was very good. The staff was friendly. This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Seymour so far. We will definitely be staying here again. The cost is the same as near by hotels.
In the way of (some) budget chain hotels, this was quite adequate for a one-night stay after a long drive. Room, bathroom, towels and bed linen were clean, though we'd been warned that one of our rooms had had "a little smoking" in it - and the hotel was full. Actually, both rooms smelled a bit musty - how much does Febreze cost? The aircon got rid of some of the musty smell, but I've seldom heard one so loud! The breakfast room is tiny - 8 chairs, 2 tables - and a notice tells you not to take breakfast (only toast and cereal anyway) to your room. Adequate, but no more.
This hotel was beyond sub-par! There are roaches coming from the night stands, on top of the couch infested with bed bugs... Was told i couldn't get my money back, but I could change rooms! Absolutely disgusting!
I reserved this hotel for my mom so she could visit my very sick sister in the hospital. It was close to everything and clean. They gave her an extra day on short notice with no problems. They were very helpful. Thank you so much.
