The owner was very courteous, well kept hotel, neat and clean. Very competitive rate. Would gladly stay there again.
The rooms are very clean. The daily cleaning service was very good. The staff was friendly. This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Seymour so far. We will definitely be staying here again. The cost is the same as near by hotels.
In the way of (some) budget chain hotels, this was quite adequate for a one-night stay after a long drive. Room, bathroom, towels and bed linen were clean, though we'd been warned that one of our rooms had had "a little smoking" in it - and the hotel was full. Actually, both rooms smelled a bit musty - how much does Febreze cost? The aircon got rid of some of the musty smell, but I've seldom heard one so loud! The breakfast room is tiny - 8 chairs, 2 tables - and a notice tells you not to take breakfast (only toast and cereal anyway) to your room. Adequate, but no more.
This hotel was beyond sub-par! There are roaches coming from the night stands, on top of the couch infested with bed bugs... Was told i couldn't get my money back, but I could change rooms! Absolutely disgusting!
I reserved this hotel for my mom so she could visit my very sick sister in the hospital. It was close to everything and clean. They gave her an extra day on short notice with no problems. They were very helpful. Thank you so much.
I arrived late n got the surprise of my life. I used a coupon n did not expect the room to b anything wonderful but this Travelodge gave me more than GREAT even. Beds were comfy, room was clean n smelled great. Flat screen tv n the shower had plenty of hot water n pressure. Microwave n fridge included as well. I wud HIGHLY RECOMMEND to my fellow pilot car drivers n friends.
This was the 3rd hotel in the area that we checked into, and out of 3 disgusting options, this was the one with the least mold, stains, and cigarette smoke. We were awakened at 2am by fellow guests fighting and screaming obscenities right outside our window, and I actually feared for my safety throughout the night.
I have stayed at this Interstate 65 motel a couple times a year for the last few years as I trek from GA to WI and have always been pleased by it's neat efficiency, affordable price, ability to accommodate my dog, and kind staff. This time Travelodge Seymour outdid themselves and I want to send big thanks, especially Peter and Deep. Due to car trouble I was stranded there for 3 unplanned days while it was being fixed. As a single female traveler on a holiday weekend with a pet, this was not easy. Peter and Deep were very kind and accommodating to my situation, as it changed daily. I felt safe and assured I and my dog had a cool and comfortable place to stay as long as I needed it...making a stressful situation so much more manageable. Thanks Travelodge for always providing a great place to land (and in this case stay) - I will be back!
Smelled bad and very old. Door's didn't shut good. Didn't feel very safe. Bathroom was old and falling apart.
This place should be condemned! Everything was rotten, stinky, filthy and falling apart. The ceiling was bowed with water damage. The bathroom door had "some type of body fluid" dripping down. The shower was full of mold. The nonsmoking room smelled like stale smoke from 1972. We were afraid we were going to fall through the floor, everything was very unsafe.
