Excellent all around. Great staff very convenient location. Great rooms as well and worth the money.

Hotel has a great location within easy walking distance to the convention center and Short North area. The hotel shares amenities and sometimes check in with the Crowne Plaza next door. Our room was clean and comfy if a little sparse. (We got room service, and it took them all day to clear the tray from the hall.). The building itself is charming, but the inside is not much better than a standard chain hotel in terms of style. I would not spend extra to stay here.

Nice urban feel with great bathroom and exposed beams. Restaurant in building and also close by

Upon our arrival, Derrick, greeted us and was VERY pleasant! We were beat tired when we arrived and he took it upon himself to valet our car himself and made some great suggestions for dinner and fun after we got some rest. The room was very tidy and spacious. It was so close to the Arena District with lots of options for dinner. We found a place near by with a 1/2 price Sunday Sushi Special...and I was wonderful. A short ride later and we were back to the hotel in our comfy king bed. I've already recommended the hotel to many of my friends that pass through Columbus on a regular basis. Delightful experience.

Walking distance to arena district, short north & north market. Breakfast at max & Emma's in the lobby was excellent

I had high hopes for this hotel, and don't get me wrong the place was nice but not sure it warrants the current high rating. We purchased a large room with a view, and while the room was large, a separating wall split it into two inconvenient halves. I'd imagine this is due to the building architecture, but it effectively meant we rented what I would imagine is a smaller room because other that for reason of exiting the room we were never in that front room. The location really was fantastic, and the valet was convenient.

Staff was so friendly. Room very nice bed very comfortable veiw was awesome

i have no complaints, everything wasn great! clean, quiet, great style, and staff!

Went to celebrate 35th wedding anniversary stay nice place explore downtown columbus just like paying to park it should have been free for what room costed will not repeat but hotel was very nice

upon getting off the elevator, the musty smell was a complete turn off to the very tiny pool. Turned around and left. Felt continental breakfast should be arranged for the price of the hotel.

We love finding places that are unique, and The Lofts definitely filled that bill. We loved the unique room decor and furnishings and the location was perfect for us. All our experiences with the staff were good ones - everyone was courteous and super helpful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Unique, loft style hotel room. My room was quiet and I felt right at home. Clean, modern and super comfy bed. Staff was great. Easy access to 2 restaurants. Highly recommend. Will stay there again on my next trip to Columbus.

This hotel is a converted warehouse, conveniently located two blocks from Nationwide Arena and close to all the great bars and restaurants in the Arena District. The rooms are spectacular and clean. The only drawback is that they rely on Crowne Plaza Hotel for valet services, and there is a very long wait during peak times.

this is the second time that we stayed at this hotel and both experiences have been fantastic. the staff is great the rooms are unique and very comfortable. the bed is comfortable. it is within walking distance to all the short north has to offer and we would absolutely stay there everytime we go to colombus.

if you are the type of person that likes the fancy hotel lobby then this hotel is not for you.this hotel does however have a very apartment like feel where you can come and go as you please. The room was very spacious, offered wonderful natural light and felt like you weren't stuck in a small hotel room. The bathroom was very pretty, far different than what you would expect from a hotel. Our bathtub did not drain properly, by the time you were finished showering you had water up to your shins. That might be operator error though. I was very pleased with how this hotel was.

The hotel has a very cool, modern, industrial style to it. All staff members we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and good sized, and the hotel has a number of great amenities (some of which are shared with the Crown Plaza next door). The location right in the heart of downtown is a major plus, as there are a number of restaurants, bars, and entertainment within walking distance or a very short ride. The only negatives are that it is a bit expensive, so I would consider the value to be just average, and for the price the I think the beds could be slightly more comfortable. Also, a fridge would be nice to have in the room.

Sorry Lofts but you are lucky to get 2 stars! Your hostel needs a deep clean! The lobby is tiny and doesn’t have much space to take care of but they need to put the furniture and the little space rug to the curb. If they would just go to Home Depot and buy a rug it would help a lot! I personally would not care to sit down. It is unique because of the warehouse feel, but it is beat up and dirty. They did have little amenities that were nice, the soaps and conditioners etc. Good towels. Tub filled up with water ...half way up by time my wife was done showering so I didn’t shower. Instead I manned the constantly running toilet. Staff was friendly but needed a once over with an iron to their clothes or give them a uniform. Yeah my wife and I were thinking they were probably closing down. Glad it was just 1 night

The Lofts is a nicely appointed hotel. The decor was pleasing, simple and clean. The only thing I would change is the lighting. The florescent bulbs in the lamps were an awful shade.

The Lofts is literally connected to the Royal Crowne Hotel and they overlap in their services. The gym for The Lofts is the Royal Crowne gym. After a certain time, the front desk for The Lofts is the front desk for the Royal Crowne. So, it's kind of like you're staying at the two hotels at the same time. Regardless, The Lofts is very nice. It's a trendy hotel with stainless steel and open rafters. The location is downtown and it is right across the street from the convention center and near lots of restaurants. The room I had was enormous and very nice. It, too, was trendy and hip in its furnishings. I really liked my stay here and would stay again.

We were only able to stay one night this time, but we will definitely be back. Besides the location being great, it was great to stay in a place that's so unique. We had lots of things planned for our day, but we both felt that we could easily have just spent the whole time in the room. I love the decor, and in addition to being fun it was very comfortable and homey. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
