ALL was well worth the trip except for the mid-western African student convention going on which was pretty rowdy and loud and crowded.

My room was not the cleanest - I called the manager and asked to move me into a room that was cleaner and they did. The lamp shades were all coated with a layer of dust and there were finger/smudge marks on a lot of other things- it was pretty gross.

Everything was great about this hotel except for room service. We called and it rang 10 times thought maybe I misdialed and I tried again it and anothe 5 rings I gave up. We went out to eat for lunch. Other then that we recommend this hotel.

Staff at hotel is great. Excellent customer service. Building needs some updating.

Rooms and amenities were very nice and clean, classy.

The hotel is Clean, affordable and staff are polite.

This Hotel is due for an upgrade. The furnishings are worn out. I had to hold the toilet handle down about 20 seconds for it to actually flush and the water in the sink drained slowly. The furniture has seen better days; however, the bed was very comfortable and nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but it didn't make up for the old Decore.

Needed a comfy place to stay at a great rate. Room was worth twice the cost.

I stayed here for about 6 days for business. The reservations through Orbitz was not in Sheratons database. I was confident Orbitz would resolve it and they did after about an hour. The room was very nice. Great floor plan. Wasn't too happy with the mattress. The room next door at the end of the week was occupied by a yappy little dog. It's great that the hotel is pet friendly but not when the dog yaps and wines all the time. My room service lunch I ordered, the brisket sandwich, was tough as rubber and the hotel gladly removed the change from my bill. The housekeeper did attempt to enter my room although I had a do not disturb and white no clean tag on the door. Luckily I was able to jump to the door before she stepped in. Not acceptable. Otherwise the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. I would still stay here again despite the setbacks that the hotel addressed.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 6:15pm. Room was not cleaned the next day because staff came into the room and put out the do not disturb sign.

Room is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. Things can be improved especially some old room.

The Front Desk Supervisor, Sean Dinkins, was AMAZING! Very helpful, patient and kind!

Check-in was easy and the man checking me in was courteous. The hallway to my room was confusing. The placard describing what hallway to take was offset from the hallway I needed. But the room itself was clean and the french doors to the bedroom was a nice touch. The bed was very soft and comfortable. I wish I had time to use the couch in my room and order room service.

We stayed just a single night, however the room was wonderful and the staff was excellent. Great hotel, will definitely stay again.

Overall stay was good. The room could of been a little cleaner upon arrival. The staff was great.

it was an amazing time. hotel is close to many nice restaurants Next time we are in town we will forsure stay there again.

Rooms clean, staff courteous and food good. Great stay would highly recommend this hotel. Recommend later hours for kitchen on weekends.

Clean spacious room. Room service was great. Dog was easy and free!

getaway weekend
