The 1st room we got had a giant yellow stain on the bed cover facing the door. We had to leave for an event right away and weren't able to address it right away. Later that evening when we returned, I informed the front desk about it. They offered to switch rooms - new room had a big stain on the cover of the bed facing the door as well. We were offered 3rd room which had no stains but TV didn't work. Hesitantly, I made another call and inquired about TV. Again, they offered yet another room which we declined given previous experience and the late hour of nearly 11pm. Upon check out I wanted to talk to the manager and was told to contact on Monday and given a card. On Monday I tried to reach the manager but the front desk clerk offered $30 back instead. I refused and explained that I preferred to speak to the manager. My call was transferred but nobody picked up and the voice box was "full" so I could not leave a message. Hours later a call back - not the manager - but same front desk clerk telling me that they will refund $60 to 3rd party and I'll have to get it from them myself. At this point nobody asked me if the refund amount was satisfactory - they informed me of the amount and said that manager would contact me. Day 2 of waiting - still no call from manager. Last time we stayed there in August of 2023 we had none of these issues and the cost was nearly half what they charged us this time. Since then I guess the charges doubled and the quality of service disintegrated.
Poor upkeep of property in general. Room was overall dirty. Supposed to be smoke free but wasn’t. Paid for king sized bed but was told none available Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Was close to the venue we came here for. Food and fuel were also very close. Room had an old musty smoke smell and was a little run down. But overall it served its purpose for our trip.

The hotel had decent amenities and I can’t complain about the property outside of the fact that there wasn’t enough towels or soap. They also charged my card like I didn’t already pre-pay for the room.
There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling, the heater was broken, and when I went to go to bed I discovered that my sheets were not clean at all.
It's a convenient place to stay if you just want to grab food and sleep, convenient drive to OSU. It's clean and comfortable. We didn't have a microwave or fridge in our room. even though the hotel website said it had those amenties. Our bathtub wouldn't drain.
Staff was very nice, room was very clean and bed was comfy. Only complaint is you can hear everything, including every time someone walks by you room, gets in and out of a car in the lot and moves in the room next door. But over nice hotel for a nights sleep.
