Bathtub not draining.
Do. Not. Stay. Run away from this hotel. When we arrive we can tell from the outside of the hotel that we made a mistake. Outside was dirty. No staff in the reception area. Had to wait for about 5 min for the receptionist to check me in and told me I do not have a reservation even after showing the email confirmation. Had to call orbitz! Breakfast was advertised but they were not serving due to delivery issue. Someone was smoking weed early in the morning and the smell reached in our room (lower level). Reception area was dirty and the smell of weed was horrible. Questionable individuals were hanging in the reception area. Could not wait for the 3 days to be over!!!!

The property is showing its age. Room was adequate and clean, but dated.
It was close to the expressway No breakfast as advertised & blames the covid. Other motels at least have packaged foods. Staff not friendly
Most of the staff were super nice and friendly. Every time I went out for a cigarette or a walk there was someone nearby cleaning the lobby it hallways and doing their best with maintaining the front area and parking lot.
That place is horrible. Dirty, no continental bfast, my toilet wouldnt flush amd my tubs water wouldnt drain. The staff was kind and friendly and knew we had problems and talked about what was going on. Fack pictures!!
The staff was friendly and courteous. The carpet in the room was dirty. Pipe in the tub seemed broken. The door looked open when it was closed.
Easy access to Highway but place was filthy
Disappointed and upset. Booked stay due to having a pool but to learn wasn't open and online didnt indicate that; worse that room was nkn refundable so my daughter had to stay without use of the pool that was much needed!!
Door wouldn’t close, wallpaper in hallways peeling off, needing maintenance, very thin windows next to loud freeway

Drug users and homeless pan handlers outside on bikes near entrances. Sofa are dirty.Individuals using it as an “extended stay”. It is across the street from a liquor store. NOT SAFE!
The T.v. didnt work at all and it was nothing they could do..
Receptionist was very nice and professional. The room and bathroom was very clean.

Good afternoon. Although we hate to see that you did not enjoy your stay, I know for a fact that our lobby was cleaned and is cleaned throughout the day and just because a person isn't dressed to your liking, that does not make them questionable. If you were that dissatisfied with your stay, you could have easily checked out and received a refund. Lastly, if you smelled marijuana, you did not mention it to the front desk so that this issue could've been resolved as well. Now, have a nice day!
