the service was terrible - took 10 minutes before someone arrived at the front desk to check us in. When we arrived in our room, no toilet tissue, no batteries in the remote and no face cloths. Called the front desk - line was constantly busy. Had to go to the front desk and get this. On the 3rd day of our stay, we advised we did not need our room cleaned - just fresh towels - none received. Called down to get some - phone is busy.
