skip this place, floors were dirty and sticky, drawers were either broken or missing, cabinet doors were broken, sheets had dirty spots, did not even have cups or glasses in rooms. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful ! area not great : road in bad shape and a few abandoned hotels were trashed. look else where..
good deal
I found 2 tack positioned upright to stab someone in my bed, my door lock mechanism was separated from the door and did not lock. I had to screw the door back together in order for my lock to work. The toilet seat was broken and didn't stay put and still covered in urine fro n the last visitor. I have to bolt the seat back down. The room had NO peephole, it was a half inch wide hole in my wooden door. You could see IN and out. Stove didn't work, there were no pots and pans for purchase as advertised. The room photos on orbitz look nothing like what's advertised. Homeless people LIVING in hotel rooms, my fire/smoke detector was ripped out of the wall. Multiple random homeless people knocking on my door asking for a dollar and/or a soda. The front desk was NEVER OPEN and the woman who ran the front desk was incredibly difficult to work with. She essentially Told me I was lying about all of this. I have pictures and my children were with me. They'd love to share what a traumatic experience this place was. And there was zero occupancy anywhere else due to the Arnold Sports festival being in town where I was competing . Listening to people scream in the hall way all night was great as well.
They didn't have my room ready for me so I had to come back in an hour. Then when I was able to check in, there was blood on two of my towels and in the drawer by the bed. The blanket was stained and cigarette holes everywhere. No pillowcase covers, no sheets, and no toliet paper.. the front desk is only open during check in and then closed the rest of the time so couldnt do anything about it because they didnt have it.. also had to pay $50 deposit which it said nothing on here about that.
The property is very dirty and the rooms smelled like a cigar factory with cigarette marks on the covers. The pillow covers were torn and the bed headboard was broken and damaged. The window sills had gathered dirt and filth like they have not been cleaned in decades. The property looks like it is been used to house the homeless.
Room was drab. No blackout window curtains. Toilet did not function unless the handle was held down. No cup or glass for drinking water. Light switches did not operate correctly. No one on duty at reception after 8 pm.
The staff was very professional, and friendly. The only access was 1 elevator, my room was in the 4th floor, a long way to carry belongings.
The staff checking us in were clearly overwhelmed. We were originally informed that there was one housekeeper and our room would not be ready for a while despite arriving after check in time. We were then told that the room was ready and given our keys. We got to the room and there was no toilet paper, towels/washcloths, soap, or any time of shampoo/conditioner. We were on our way to an event so we dropped our things and left. We arrived back at the hotel around midnight. There were people loitering all over the parking lot both coming and going and police vehicles were positioned in several places around the hotel. Coming back, our key would not work to our room. The office was closed and there was a note to use the phone in the lobby to call customer service. There was only one and someone was using it. We heard voices in the office and knocked on the door. Someone inside said they were closed and we said our key wasn’t working they asked what room and they said oh yea. They had been tryin to check in too many people At one time and during that time kicked the computer causing it to shut down and they could not remember who was assigned what room they told us we had been moved to 103 (keep in mind the office was closed and no one had contacted us to tell us this) we asked if our stuff was moved then and she said she didn’t know we had stuff in the room but would go check. Upon checking our stuff was still in the room so they gave us new keys. We went back down to ask for ad
Its a bare bones cheap hotel in an area that has seen better days. My “non-smoking room” reeked of tobacco. However, the rooms were clean and secure. It was fine for a quick weekend. I’ve stayed in worse.
Definitely a no-frills place. Room wasn't very clean, floor was sticky and dirty. ***We accidentally left something behind and it was taken by a member of the staff and the managers wouldn't do anything about it.***
First and foremost, I was given a key to someone else’s room while they were still in there! Staff were ok and understandable though. sheets were dirty, pillows were dirty and they did not supply anything in the room. Horrible and ghetto!
Room was disgusting, smelt like weed, partially due to the weed remnants still on the table. Pillow cases were dirty, mirror was spotty and foggy, ring around the toilet, dust bunnies and curly little hairs on top of the fridge... need I say more?
The hotel check in was ok, kind of odd as the housekeeper was walking around mumbling about how she doesn't get paid enough for this crap. I really don't know what was going on. The lady at the desk was pleasant, but didn't give much info like the fact that they are closed on sunday. Generally speaking most hotels give you info about your stay, she just checked us in which I guess was fine. The room was a small suite with laminate floors. The bed was squeaky, only had 2 pillows (most places give extras) and there were only 2 hard office type chairs to sit on. Most places give a nice comfortable chair to sit and watch tv. It was clean enough, no complaints there. Just wasn't at all comfortable for relaxing. On day of checkout, Sunday my key deactivated after being used twice already that day, it happens, so I went to the front desk to discover it was closed, all day. I used the phone in the lobby to call the "emergency" number no answer. Took an hour & half to finally wake someone up to help me, at 11:15am. Lots of other people thought it to be odd too as they didn't know how to check out. No staff or anyone on grounds to be found. Several residents were nice and tried to help out by calling too but they couldn't get ahold of anyone either. I have never stayed at a hotel that closed one day a week. If you are going to have someone available by phone they should be on duty!!
This is terrible ..from A to Z..nasty filthy rooms..disgusting..the staff are horrible and unprofessional..zero amenities..I mean zero..had no house keepers to change trash..wanted us to take it way in the back parking lot to a dumpster..bed was plastic like a summer camp mattress..no box spring on a metal frame..horrendous place..did I mention how dirty it was..no toilet paper..we had to go buy our own
