We were extremely disappointed and even endangered by this property: Day one: 1. No front desk staff after 10 p.m. when site expressly states 24-hour front desk staff We arrived at hotel shortly before 10 p.m. and checked in. After going to our room we discovered we had no bedding or pillows for couch. We went back to front desk to discover all hotel employees we gone for the night and only the security guard remained. He was extremely pleasant and tried his best to help. He said he works 2 days a week and this happens every time. He was tryingto help with answering the phone, etc. but was not trained to do so. He managed to root around and find some sheets for us, but no pillows. 2. The room seemed cleanish, but was very very tattered and worn. 3. The pool, which our children were looking forward to, was so filthy it looked like a swamp. 4. The floors in the room were so weak some of the boards were moving and we were afraid to walk in certain areas. Day two: 1. When we returned to the hotel after a day out we stopped at the front desk to pick up some pillows. Once again there was only the security guard at the desk and the door to the hotel was even locked. He opened the door and said he would find us some pillows and cover even if he had to take them from an empty room and then he would bring them to us. 2. When we got to our room we discovered the maid had made up th

The room was clean enough I suppose. Mostof the tv channels did not work. The dishes in the kitchentte were dirty. The toilet water kept running the entire night. There were enough towels for one person. I stayed with my husband and two toddlers. The floor was warped. Water damage? There were very large dips in the flooring. You couldn't really walk without tripping. The mattress on the bed was stiffer than a board. The mattress on the fold out couch was basically non-existent.

We got there very late just to rest for a few hours, till our flight early in the next morning. I booked the room for 6 people, got a confirmation and all. When I got there, they didn't have a room for 6, so they gave us a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed. I had to sleep in the bed with my wife and our 2 daughters while my son shared the sofa bed with my mother in law, who is handicapped. On top of that, the room reeked of smoke even though it said it was a non-smoking room. There was only one towel in the restroom. The smell was so bad that we had to send our clothes to the drycleaners because it smelled. We only booked this hotel because we saw the name Wyndham and we trusted the brand but what a disappointment! Even though we only stayed for a few hours, it was the worst few hours ever and the worst hotel we've booked. I don't recommend this hotel.

Nice need. more dishes to cook with other than that it was clean and comfortable.

Very dirty. Toilet was broken. Half of the outlets in room didn't work. Bugs on night stand. Front door and bathroom door handel were broken . Overalll terrible place. Cheap for a reason. Should have spent extra 40$ and stayed in a nice downtown Columbus hotel. Very sketchy area/location also.

I would never, ever stay at this hotel. It is dirty. Dirty sheets. Dirty Bathroom. The room reeked. Our door did not lock properly. We pushed the dresser in front of the door. A drug deal was happening down the hall. It was very scary. Finally we left. Turned in the key and left. Found a better hotel on the west side of town. Don't go here. It's scary and dirty.

They tried to get $250 cash out of me. Place was really dirty. One staff member was nice other was rude.

The room is in terrible disrepair. The curtains are wrinkled and ratty. Dirty plates in the cabinet. The entire room was very dirty and needs deep cleaning. Hide a bed couch mattress is shot and dirty. Many of the lights don't work. I was shocked.

1st stay, the room was not cleaned at all so I was upgraded immediately with no further problems. 2nd stay, room not ready (3am check-in) immediately upgraded again. But, no toilet paper, trash not emptied, dishes still in dishwasher, and temperature never fell below 78 degrees. Appeared the cleaning staff had almost finished and some how got side tracked. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Issues quickly resolved, except the heating. Rooms were suites with full kitchens and TV sitting areas. It was slightly annoying but again the staff was very kind and, for the money, it really was not all that inconvenient. A bit tricky to get to if you are not a city driver. Turning off of Hamilton at the light onto Groves road you must make an immediate left (quickly) onto the service road which looks 'doubtful' at best. It sits in the corner of I-70 and Hamilton road but is a group of units not the customary hotel style and so it is easy to overlook. I really would recommended it unless you are one of those 'hotel snob' types. Good breakfast too.

For the nightly rate the room should be cleaned to the price they charge but there is cob webs, spiders, dish washer leaks, the toilet is not seated on bowl flange properly and the price is not justified for area of town. Other than that it took me $$$$ to wash and dry clothes the dryer is set at low temperature where you have to spend more money.

Airport shuttle service was limited timed 6 am to 11pm. We were not told there were li.itePBdtimes.

i arrived shortly after 1am from traveling , too late to cancel. I noticed the police breaking up a party, that was harmless. No violence or rude behavior, harmless hotel party. But once I got in My room I realized conditions were awful. Didn't sleep well due to feeling uncomfortable with the conditions.

We had an awful time finding the hotel, but eventually located a pothole-ridden service drive that went back to it. We were in a second-story room that had warped and slippery stairs leading to it. Our room was non-smoking, but reeked of cigar smoke. The hotel did not have suitable linens available for the sofa bed. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but that was the only redeeming part.

First room we were given wasn't clean. Tissues on counter and beds not made. Called down and was given a new room. Both rooms smelled like cigarettes. Batteries no good in remote. Breakfast was good though.

MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER, FILTHY DIRTY ROOM, HEAT DID NOT WORK, CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT GIVE US REFUND, AND GOT VERY VIOLENT WITH US FOR NO REASON AT ALL ( I HAVE VIDEO OF THIS, AND AUIDO RECORDING ) OUR ROOM HAD HUMAN WASTE IN THE BATHROOM, BODY HAIR ALL OVER THE PLACE, THE SHOWER WAS STAINED YELLOW AND BLACK (USED TO BE WHITE) BED AND SOFA HAD TEARS IN THEM, ROTTEN FOOD ON THE FLOORS, BLACK AND RED MATTER SMEARED ALL OVER THE WALL NEAR THE BED ( ROOM 611 ) (AGAIN I HAVE VIDEO OF ALL OF THIS) I DEMAND A REFUND FOR THIS STAY,

We stayed here for a night OSU game. The price was a good value. I knew the hotel was an older one, which did not bother me. However, it was not completely clean or stocked. The pull out sofa bed looked nasty with all kinds of stains, the room smelled like stale smoke even though it was a non smoking hotel. The oven grates were sticky and the vent in the one bathroom was rusted and dented (I mean come on, go to Walmart and spend a few dollars to get a new one). Also, the one bedroom's TV was missing. It was to include a hot breakfast but there was no syrup or butter for the waffles, no milk for the cereal, no OJ and 1 slice of bread & 1 bagel. The front desk was friendly, although they did not follow through when we told them we needed linen for the pull out sofa, had to call 3 times.

The suite was roomy, everything there that we needed. Really good value. Our stay was supposed to include a breakfast but, because my husband and I have such a hard time maneuvering stairs, we were unable to take advantage of it. They really need to rethink their dining area location.

Room stunck of smoke, and its suppose to be smoke-free, requested a new rm., it was better but smelled of smoke. Cold water was shut off to the refigerator for ice maker, we turn it back on and came back later in the day the floor was flooded. Shut water back off, towel rack was very loose, and on crooked, the shower head was very loose and pipe pulled away from the wall when you tried to adjust the shower head. Toliet seat was on but very loose, requested clean towels, and got them a day and half later. The pool was closed for 2 days, and don't know why. Parking there was terrible, someone had a box Budget moving truck and took up 3 parking spaces the whole time....The girl at the desk was nice, but we will not stay there again. Sorry but very difficult to say any thing positive about the place...

Staff was very friendly. Room was nice size. Toilet was a little worn out but otherwise no complaints. Good location. Kid friendly.
