Not close to any restaurants. We had to drive 7 miles to get a decent meal and had to drive through run down areas that didn't appear to be safe. The hotel sat back in a corner with poor lighting at night and alot of noise on the parking lot at night.

Friendly hotel! The bathroom was gross. When flush toilet, water pressure was bad. Had to ask front desk for a plunger because of the water flow was slow. Bath tub drain was clogged and dirty. Continental Breakfast was until 10am, hotel seemed to run out before 9:30am.

Online booking was a pain and had a non-refundable clause that I had to agree to to reserve a room. The lady at the front desk had a little bit of an attitude about my coworker trying to get a refund since the online booking messed up his reservation date, changing it to 3 days later. She was not pleasant and very unhelpful. Cheap key cards that stopped working if it went anywhere near your cell phone or keys(word of advice to hotels: stop letting the pizza places buy your cards if they're going to cheap out on the quality). It's a motel by definition, not a hotel, since they fail to disclose that at the time of booking. Every time you turn on the tv it resets to a white noise channel with a message about how they're negotiating with the cable company to get that channel back. The bathroom counter was scratched to the wood beneath. The refrigerator was set to a very mild cold and the dial was removed so I couldn't adjust it to a colder setting; so much for having my gatorades cold and ready for work the next day. The modern lamp with two USB power sources didn't work to charge anything. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was also other small cosmetic damages to the room that wouldn't usually have bothered me except that I was already very annoyed and displeased with the whole experience.

Pubic hair in shower and towels. Outside of hotel was cluttered but it was quiet

The sheets on the beds had stains on the in both rooms and the toilet seat in room 215 had urine all over the seat. Terrible. We didn't say anything to the staff thinking the sheets would be changed each day and they never were.

Room was nice and clean (which of course depends on the employee working at the time). Beds were PERFECT for my girlfriend and I, they were very similar to my bed at home ($1500). We had just driven 12hrs and the shower was AWESOME!!, it had a fold down seat and I sat there in that nice hot spray for 30 minutes. Breakfast was better than most hotels, it featured a do it yourself fresh waffle maker, sausage links, milk, OJ, muffins, doughnuts, cereal, etc. Staff was nice and friendly and I think we got a deal online for about $46 and I would not hesitate to stay here again. I wish all hotels gave me the same experience as this one.

staff was friendly. hot water would last more than 3-5 minutes. location was bad.

Wonderful and convenient I enjoyed waking up to a hot breakfast I can't wait to come back and visit

Great location near Ft Bennings. I recommend this Hotel.

Stayed for the weekend for my son who had a family weekend in the Army hotel in a really good location not far from base at all

It was quite but the pool was small. The WiFi didn't reach around the property and my room was behind office and the signal was very weak.

We booked this hotel because of the convenience not knowing what a dump it was! Our feet were black from walking on the carpets nd the room was so nasty. The breakfast was horrible nd the pool was not useable because it was also unclean! Do not stay here!!!

The best hotel to stayed i went to the family day in fort benning the distance was perfect less than 5 min

I had a good experience. Bottom line is, you get what you pay for. The hotel is an older hotel and they do the best with it they can. I had a mini suite and it was comfortable. The wifi worked great, as I had my laptop and tablet with me. However, I selected this hotel because it is close to my mother's home and I could go back and forth between the room and visiting with my mother very easily. In reading previous reviews, I saw that there was a person being named as being very helpful. I got the opportunity to meet that person. The young lady's name is Tylisha. She is a very focused, hard working young lady and she goes above and beyond to ensure that the guests are taken care of. Additionally, there was another lady working the front desk, her name is Brenda. She is new and still in her probationary period. However, if she keeps doing what she is doing, she will have no problem making her probation. My sister and brother in law stayed at this hotel as well during the time that I was there. All in all, we had a really good experience and want to thank the staff for their courteous, can do attitudes.

The staff were friendly. Housekeeping was especially attentive. Internet connection was the best I've ever experienced at a hotel of any sort. Impressive. People were smoking outside our door the whole time. Our air conditioner sucked all that air up and blasted us with it. Breakfast was absolutely NOT acceptable. The eggs and sausage were deplorable. I ended up having tea and a banana every morning. If free breakfast is a deal breaker for you then don't go here. They'd be better off not offering it and lowering the price instead. The area the hotel is located in is a little sketchy. And no one in the area will make change so using the laundry isn't really an option. Even the gas station next store won't give you cash back in quarters. Ended up going to the laundry place on the main post and that is clean and inexpensive. Overall stay was good but I think the hotel's website exaggerates the quality.

Room didn't look very clean, but there was a TV, fridge and microwave and even a coffee maker in the room. There isn't much around, especially if you wanna walk somewhere. The location is perfect, however, if you're visiting for a graduation at fort benning, you can see the gate from the front of the hotel. I wouldn't stay there again, but it worked for that particular weekend.

I have never a a problem at this hotel. I have stayed their 3 previous trips to Fort Benning and the staff have been cordial, professional and patient.

We had to check out on the first day because there were all men outside drinking and one kept walking around our car and whistling. There wasn't any vending machines in hotel and had to walk past a parking lot with more men drinking. Hotel was clean but we were very afraid of the area.

We booked 2 nights for graduation at Ft. Benning. I was talked into this motel because of the price and location to the ceremonies. The location was close enough but the facility was horrible! Even the soldiers were advised to stay away from this area, due to the nature of the businesses there. The bed linens and covers were stained and disgusting, the bathroom had mold everywhere and stains and patches on the walls, wimpy little bath towels, and getting to the ice machine was a scarey experience. People having a 'tailgate' party in the parking lot, out of the back of their car when we arrived; the police eventually came to clear them out. Smokers stood outside our room, even though we were in a non-smoking building. This was the "No-Tell Motel." The only positive thing I could say is that the toilet paper was pretty decent quality! Just keep driving to the hotel located just next door to the Military Museum and graduation grounds. Wish I hadn't canceled my original reservation there!!

Staff was great, and it's very close to base, breakfast is ok, some rooms could use a little work, but all in all it was worth the money to be that close to fortbenning .
