Breakfast was a joke, room was very dirty, tub moldy with numerous stains, wallpaper in the room coming off walls, chair was broken (armrest coming off completely, shaky), blankets stained, coffee maker dirty. Big armchair was so dirty in places it was hard to see the original pattern. And the bathroom floor brown and dirty in the corners. Do not stay there unless you are desperate!

The breakfast was very minimal. Hotel was near highway and very quiet.

The room we were in was not in the greatest shape. The couch wad ripped and stained. There were gnats in the bathroom. Some of the other rooms looked to be in better shape. There was an incident involving a worker at the hotel and we left not staying that 2nd night. The management was wonderful and refunded us for our stay. They have a free continental breakfast, but we did not eat it. They also offer free wifi.

Can't beat the price for the room. The hotel is located right off the frwy and has plenty of restaurants around it

Nice stay. Room was clean and comfy for the entire family. Enjoyed the stay.

First of all - security. There were three security lights burned out in the parking area. That would enable a thief to have an easy time entering your car. Secondly, none of the outside doors, not main entrance, had a keyed entry. Anyone could come in. Secondly, the room was only superficially cleaned. There was an accumulation of dirt and dust behind the furniture as if it had never been cleaned. Thirdly, the staff manning the desk seemed oblivious to it all!!!

It was not so pleasant had to return several times to get key to room recorded. Staff was rude like it was my fault.

the room was not clean, the bathroom plumbing was in poor shape everything in the room was old and needed to be replaced

horrible. I had people in my hallway slamming doors, screaming at the top of their lungs, running down the hall drunk and naked, and being verbally abusive towards each other. The first time I called the desk, they said they would take care of it. Shortly thereafter it got quiet for about 2 hours and then it started up again even worse than before.it was so bad I considered calling the police myself. I am shocked that nobody else in the completely full Hotel said anything at all. I only live 3 hours away, I went to the hotel to get a good night sleep before a major race for me the next morning. Needless to say I would have been better off sleeping in my car. On top of all of this, the coffee machine was filthy! It had caked on dust and dirt under the flil lid. I am absolutely horrified by my experience at this hotel, and unfortunately up until this night I trusted the brand name overall in other states. I will not be returning to this one, in Columbus Indiana, or any other city. Avoid avoid avoid!

Our first room smelled so much of body odor that we had to be switched to another room. I could barely stand in it for more than a minute. The hotel in general had an unpleasant smell. The bathrooms and carpets need major updating. Unsightly construction in the lobby. Continental breakfast had less than advertised. Front desk staff was friendly and willing to help, but there is only so much they can do. Way too expensive for what you get.

This Hotel was a very good value for my business trip. Easily accessable, close to several good restaurants and freeway access. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel.

We were very disappointed with our room. The table was broken, the room was filthy, there were big brackets on the wall without pictures and the room had a bad odor. When we notified the front desk they informed us that they had to rent out some rooms in the back section they normally do not use because they had taken so many reservations. What a poor decision on their part. I would NEVER stay here again. Also, the rear entrance is very unsafe. It does not lock, is poorly lit, and is next to a dumpster.

Good budget value, clean and comfy for my wife. Door was a little loose on the hinges - need to keep up the maintenance, but good overall.

Room was big and clean. I have no complaints at all.

I stay at this hotel based on cost and cleanliness. There are cheaper in the area - but are not habitable. And there are more expensive, but for nothing really extra.

Room was very clean and in a good location. I would stay here again.

Location was easy to find 35 miles from Bloomington. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the weak point. Waffle iron didn't work and only one half of both toasters worked. It made for quite a wait if you wanted to toast anything. If you don't want breakfast this is a good place to stay.

My experience at this hotel was one of needing some attention. The hotel was fine for sleeping, etc., but it needed work done in the room - especially the bathrooms!!!! Cracked porcelain and water rust spots. They also did not make our beds when we left the room late. We forgot our toothbrushes and the toothbrushes they gave us were so generic, the bristles came out between our teeth!!! Sheesh! They could've went to the dollar store and gotten better toothbrushes than that!!!

We stayed at the motel due to it proximity to Nashville. The front desk staff was extremely helpful Saturday afternoon with her recommendations for restaurants in the area. The breakfasts could have been a little more substantial.

Easy to find and a great rate compared to the main convention hotel a half mile down the street. My GPS brought us in a block south, but your map took us to the front door. Had a fantastic weekend in Columbus
