credit card was charged $250.00 more than it should have been, but after 5 days it was removed from my credit card. Mary at the front desk tries to do to many things at one time talking on phone checking in guest I am sure that's how I was over-charged.

I enjoy staying at the hotel, quite clean specially I like indoor pool and view of it.

There was a cockroach in our room which made me paranoid the whole time we were there. Pool was nice. Breakfast was less than any other continental breakfast I've had anywhere else.

Coffee wasn't good - no juices -cereal only no donuts eggs typical of continental breakfast

Staff friendly and helpful. - housekeeping staff pleasant. - towels terribly rough and thin - complimentary breakfast pretty meager and very disappointing

We were looking for a cheap room for a few hours rest before flying out. It was defiantly cheap and you paid for it. The room was clean but the hotel is a dump. The breakfast was only fruit, cereal and juice. In our room they only had sheets for blankets and when we asked for something heavier they gave us more sheets. The staff was so friendly. I would go here again just because of the price but wouldn't have stayed here for more than a night at a time.

Prompt pick up from airport. Best on a very cold night.

Clean, comfy, and grat price for an airport hotel. Why would I pay more just to have the water pipes look newer? Someone had mentioned that in a review once. It's not a new hotel, but perfect. Spend that money you save somewhere else! Wifi and tv were good.

Arrived after midnight so complimentary airport shuttle no longer available. Upon arrival by Uber (though front desk said to use a specific taxi line that would have been more expensive), we had to wait for the computer to stop updating which delayed our check in & personnel locating our reservations. Then we were asked to accept a room with 2 beds rather than the King that we had booked. Once arriving at our room, we lacked sufficient bath towels for 2 people. When I called the front desk about the shortage, I had to come to the desk personally, as there wasn't an offer to bring it to our room. The curtain to the outside didn't close completely which required me to use a hair clip to prevent people in the parking lot from looking directly into our first floor level window/room. The bed pillows were small & of no greater length than that of my forearm. The alarm clock in the room was 1 hour ahead (as if no one had adjusted for daylight savings from 7 wks ago). Breakfast lacked anything hot (unless you count toast, coffee, or instant oatmeal). Any other continental breakfast from other hotels offer waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage. This only had bread, dry/cold cereal in addition to the coffee, OJ, milk, and instant oatmeal. We were not told that the indoor pool was in a central courtyard that would be unheated & closed during our stay. There was wallpaper torn, baseboards on furniture that was torn off leaving stripped wood that could easily cause splinters or more

Staff very friendly and helpful. Facility in need of renovation. Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, juice, fruit and coffee served in an unheated lobby. Located in rough part of town away from all other airport area hotels and restaurants. Toliet overflowed. No available electrical outlets in room except in bathroom. Bed comfortable and temperature in room easy to adjust.

Rooms very clean we had everything we ask for, and plenty of space at the breakfast area.

The hallways were dingy and not very well lit. The rooms and hallways definitlwy need updating. We got a room with a kingsize bed and The bed was not comfortable. The pillows were even worse. My neck still hurts from the pillows. We stayed 2nights and they deactivated our room card after the first night. On the 2nd night, we returned to the room after 2am only to realize the room keys did not work.So we had to go all the way back down to the front desk which is in a different building altogether. On entering the room, we reaized housekeeping never cleaned the room. And we had no towels. We tried using the room phone to call the front desk but the room phones do not work. Do not be fooled by the frww breakfast. All it consists of is cheap coffee, bread, cereal and fruit. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and we could not wait to leave.

Beds were so hard, and head boards didn't match up to the bed size. Pillows were the size of throw pillows. Breakfast was very limited. The hotel looks like it was a great hotel 20 years ago, but not so much any more.

Nothing fancy, but clean and cheap. Great for airport or s shopping trip for a couple of nights. I've stayed many times. Helpful staff, super comfy beds and climate control, and again-clean! I'd never pay for a more expensive place for an airport stay. It's just perfect for that!

We just needed a place to crash for one night, or most of one night as our plane left at 6:00 a.m. They showed a great price on Orbitz and we found a very nice staff with comfortable, clean rooms. It was not terribly fancy but more than adequate for our needs and the price. I have no complaints at all.

Didn't allow us to change from smoking to non after an accident with online booking , so we were gagging with cigarette smell

The hotel is nice to sleep in for a night but it just seems like a truck stop motel.

Shuttle driver is kindness, We could have break fast in the early morning before we go to the airport. But it's slipy in the elevator because some kid's used it after they probably swom in the pool.

Motel is perfect for morning flights out of Columbus. Price is right and very convenient to airport. Meets all my needs. It is not a luxury hotel, so don't grip if you're expecting luxury at bargain prices. I went for bargain price, and as previously stated met all my needs.

Did not get smoking room as reservation stated. Dried mud on floor in room. Dirty washcloth still in shower rod. Did not comp us for mix up just got oh sorry about that
