Toilet ran all night. No toilet paper in the room. Elevator was out of service. Building under construction. No parking. Staff was friendly.

First I’d like to say that Pam was absolutely wonderful in addressing our concerns. The hotel was under construction! Not just the hotel, the room directly above us. When we got to the room the water was shut off because of the construction. We had to wait about a half hour before being able to flush the toilet. we had to leave and find another place to stay. Again, staff was apologetic and understanding helping me get a complete refund.

Condition of hotel is currently a disaster zone but they are trying to renovate. First room was flooding from above. Plumbing was leaking down in the bathroom in the floor above so had to get a different room. Keys to the room did not work two twice in a row. Staff didn't seem overly concerned, but maybe there was nothing that could be done. Desk clerk was kind enough to find another room that had just been renovated. Keys to the room did not work twice in a row One of the back entry doors was broken. Parking is limited mainly because of all the construction equip, construction materials storage and digging going there. I chose the hotel because of the free shuttle, but don't count on this if you have an early or late flight. You'll be on your own. We had a very early flight but fortunately the rental car company was accomodating and gave us extra hours so we got to the airport. Although this is called an "airport" hotel, it is miles from the airport entry. The room rate was promoted as some kind of "deal", but the room was very expensive for the current condition of the hotel and the limited shuttle hours.

Construction from 9-9. Dust everywhere. The check in and office were in a room. Orbitz should have said they were going through major renovations. Parking was almost non existent. Front road was also being worked on. Two breakfast clerks standing around doing very little. I stay out of town every week on business for years. Worse experience. Not completely there fault Orbitz should have let me know and the motel should have shut down during this time.

The room was great however I think the should not put the coffee machine and the supplies in the bathroom, I think it's not the right place. Breakfast, and service was great.

The room and stay were both nice, but there was a bit of a disconnect between what we had reserved online and what they were prepared to provide for us. There were 3 of us, and only a King sized bed in the room, with no hide-a-bed sofa, nor roll-away already in place. When we asked, they were able to provide a roll-away, but we had to ask.

The hotel is surrounded by new construction. It seemed like most of the guests were construction workers. Parking lot was filled with construction trucks and equipment. Room was nice and clean. Was awakened at 5:45 AM by firemen yelling to evacuate the hotel. Fire alarms were not working in my section of the hotel. There was smoke in the hallway. I checked out a day earlier with concerns about the safety, and was told there was a short in the wiring, which caused a small electrical fire. No offer was made to compensate for my inconvenience. A small bottle of water was $2 in the vending machine. Not recommended!

The overall room and facilities were very adequate and satisfactory. The location of the hotel is not fantastic - it's in a more industrial area, so there are not many eating or shopping options if that's important to you. Two details about the room that were not quite adequate - the sink drained very slowly and the toilet was clogged when we arrived. By themselves, those details are not a deal breaker, but they may indicate the level of attention given by the staff.

We were given a non-smoking room that was right next to the smoking rooms on one side of the hall. Our room was very smoky and unpleasant. I would not stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed at this location before because it is close to our daughter. Usually this is a great place to stay. This time the pool was not clean! Bandages, hair balls, and baby wipes were found floating in the pool.

We have stayed at this hotel every time we stay in Columbus and have always been very happy.

Booked by accident-turned out to be a keeper. The breakfast was better than expected and the place was quiet. We will stay again.

located in easy access to airport nice area some stores and restaurants nearby nice staft not very busy nice workout room and pool with jacuzzi

It was a good experience all through. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. I'll do it again.

Good location to Mopar Nats. Have stayed here a few times and always got the room we wanted. Close to everything, food, mopar nats etc. And you get breakfast!

This is our second stay here, LOVE this place and plan to stay here again next year!

Easy access and near plenty of food and shopping. Fast check in and average breakfast

The hot tub and pool were great! The rest was average. The two huge burn marks in the carpet in a no smoking room were below average.

No powdered eggs here! Instead, some pretty decent omlets, along with the usual waffles.

The Staff was very friendly and accomodating. They were willing to assist us in all our needs. The rooms were spacious and above all comfortable. The hotel was located in a close proximity to local shopping and dinning facilities. Will stay at this hotel whenever I am in town.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear you appreciate our newly renovated room. However, we are concerned to know that your stay did not go accordingly due to multiple issues you encountered such as the current condition of the hotel, the location, key access, shuttle service and the level of service you received from our staff at that time. We take the time to listen to your constructive comments, so we can continually improve our services. We are positive of welcoming you back soon once renovation is completed to show you how great our hotel is.

Our newly renovated rooms will definitely have a place for coffee and supplies outside the bathroom! I am glad you enjoyed our breakfast and service!

I apologize for any confusion in room types. I am glad we were able to at least partially resolve the situation with a rollaway bed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for the dissatisfaction of your stay. We take the time to listen to your constructive comments so we can continually improve our services, Anthony. We hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations. There is a new hotel being constructed next door, but the construction workers that we have as regular guests are doing work on several other projects in the area. I do apologize about the fire alarm. It is not something we see very often at our property unless there really is an emergency. We are taking this opportunity to check out all of our fire equipment to make sure that it is working as it should be. Thank you! Mark
