All around a positive experience and a very good value.

We were supposed to have a shuttle to the airport at 4:30am. I signed up the night before and out name was on the list. As we were heading downstairs I heard the front desk calling this was 5 mistily the shuttle was to arrive. The shuttle (taxi) showed up 20 minutes later. We arrived at the airport at 5. We needed to be there at 4:40 at the latest. We had to deal with rushing to the checkpoint, security and gate. We should have never had to deal with this had they called at 4 am the taxi could have had time to get there at 4:30. I will never stay at this location again.

Stay was very nice because it was peaceful here. The front desk was very friendly.

Comfortable, clean, and easy to get to. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful.

The room was comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Our room was by the indoor pool and we could really smell the chlorine. Other than that it was very serviceable and convenient to the airport

The hotel was under construction on the second floor but that does not excuse the other problems. The elevator floor was dirty, un-swept for example. I went down the stairs and it looked un-swept/un-vacuumed; drapes were disheveled, etc. But the worst part was the breakfast room: the stacked dishes were un-cleaned- had egg residue on them( the health department will shut down a restaurant for this usually); my wife bit into an apple and it was rotten; the waffle mix was watery and no waffle could be made. I am not the only one making this observation; another couple in the breakfast room also saw the same things. I told the front desk. They apologized but blamed it on construction. I stay at Country Inns primarily because of good service and the breakfast room. This was a real shocker and soured me on them!

The beds were good enough quality, the staff was pleasant but unable to find our reservation because it was listed under my husband's last name suffix Jr!!! I had called many weeks prior and asked for a rollaway or room with a sofa for a third bed in the room but the room did not have space for either. I called the desk but was told there was no room that could accommodate either. The bathroom had cigarette burns on the counters. The carpet was old and stained. Needs updating. The pool was very pleasant.

I had a very bad experience here. The workout room is the size of a closet, and they started a tiling project next to my room at 2am and when I called repeatedly would stop for about an hour and start again throughout the night. As I was checking out i referenced it and they couldn't have cared less. Will not stay at this brand again.

Stopped here for one night on a business trip. I was extremely impressed by the service, from the front desk, to the shuttle driver, to having my bill waiting when I checked out in the morning. The staff here is fantastic. If I travel through Columbus again, I will definitely stay here. Will also check out other Country Inn and Suites as I travel elsewhere.

The smell of smoke is overwhelming. If you have allergies or asthma, do not stay here.

We were in town for a cheer competition and the location was a quick ride to downtown. The girls loved the pool and the staff was helpful, especially when the smoke alarm started beeping. We have a couple more events in Columbus this year and we will certainly stay here again.

The hotel is central to downtown, the airport, and the Easton area. Overall, just a basic hotel, nothing fancy. Don't get a handicap room. The sink is not in the restroom and has very little counter space. Not practical for women with make-up and toiletries. Great location! Nice staff!

We went on this trip for the usa Mexico soccer game. We were gone all day Tailgating and then going to the 8pm game. It was pretty late by the time we made it back to the hotel. After everyone showered we noticed the room wasn't cooling off. It was actually getting hotter. We tried fixing it ourselves but with no luck. We went to the front desk who told us there wasn't a maintenence person there at night and no rooms were avaliable to switch to. It wasn't unbearable but want cool. They comped our room for that which was nice but didn't make up for being hot and not sleeping well after a long day.

Arranged for room near airport with shuttle day before snowstorm to be sure to arrive at airport on time. Pool and hot tub area were closed making a long day of waiting. Flight was first flight out that day and driver for shuttle was a no show - inn did call cabs for all waiting customers but they were unable to deiver in time

Very comfortable bed. Lot's of amenities. Carpets were kind of dirty.

I was there on business was close to where my function was. Breakfast was pretty good considering it was included with the price of the room, nothing spectacular but did the job.

This is a typical mid-price chain targeting vacation/business travelers. The desk staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean BUT WHERE DID THE MAIDS GO?? We came in on Thurs and left on Sunday. The bathroom wasn't cleaned during our entire stay except to replace some towels on Sat. Maid missed room entirely on Fri. Maid did leave a roll of toilet paper but she took the roller to mount the roll!! We rented a second room for family and the towels were not replaced in their room. (total of 5 nights between both rooms) On checkout, asked for manager and was told he would be in later that day and would call us about room problems. No call received, but I haven't checked my credit card to see if any room adjustment was made. Other than the lack of maid service, the hotel was a good value, clean and well maintained. The included hot breakfast was the usual plastic biscuits and gravy, hardboiled eggs, etc. My "don't stay" is based entirely on the maid problems.

Staff is really nice & hotel is clean. Only thing that bothered me was that I was in a non-smoking room...surrounded by non-smoking rooms...and could definitely smell smoke when someone lit up.

I chose this hotel based on location to airport, this was great and they supply a shuttle as well. I liked the idea that I was able to pay a little extra to leave my vehicle parked at hotel during 12 day vacation. Only negative item was that I requested a wake up call, never received. When I questioned at check out, they stated they called the wrong room. Made us run very late to leave for airport that morning.
