This has been the best hotel we've stayed at in Columbus so far and it was actually a bit cheaper than the other ones too! The staff was very attentive and friendly, the location is great and quiet somehow. The room had some minor dings here and there but nothing too bad. The hot tub was nice and hot and enjoyable. The beds and pillows were so very comfortable. We're very happy with our stay here!
The hot tub was cold ...didnt have hot water to take a shower..than our toilet wouldnt flush has no one to fix it so had to move room with a 6 yr old and a 1 yr old so that was not fun
Everything was great until we went to use the hot tub and was not working (that is the reason I booked this hotel). Overall the hotel was clean and the room was very nice.
I liked the rooms where very clean and nice. I didn’t like that there was No amenities such as the pool being closed and the workout room. There seemed to be no food available. Except the little grab and go which barely had anything. I was very disappointed as we where looking forward to swimming and we still paid the regular rate as if the pool was open.
I was very disappointed that there was no breakfast included with the cost of the room, not even fresh coffee in the lobby. You can pay for grab and go items but I feel there are items that can be offered without risking health and safety of guests. I would have made a cup of coffee in the room had I known there would not be any offered in the lobby (this wasn't stated at check in) and as it was there was only 1 K-cup for 1 cup of coffee in the room.

Hot tub wasn’t working and blankets/towels thin and scratchy. Room setup was excellent, staff was amazing, cleanliness was exceptional, location was perfect, Very impressed with this hotel in general. I am a Cambria convert.
Loved it all but was told to come back later to get coasters two years in a row that they never had
This hotel is clean, and up to date. My family and I love to stay at Cambria every time we visit Polaris, Columbus. Close to everything, and provides a nice pool and workout facility. The rooms are cool with a living room separate from the bedroom, with a fridge and microwave. Bathrooms are big and stylish. Thumbs up!
No house keeping for 3 nights stay, hotel is older than other Cambriias, the only positive side of this hotel is bathroom
