Was not told before about no elevator. Had to take stairs. Room had to be rekeyed after we climbed stairs with luggage. Had to go back up and down stairs with luggage. No toilet tissue in room had to call to get that brought to room. Desk clerk was very nice about that. Room very dirty. Surface clean, but floors and windows had not been wiped down in forever. Bath floor had not even been swept. Breakfast which was advertised was nothing but Banana, apple, yogurt. Will make sure we never stay at Americas Best again.

Water coming down from the ceiling in the bathroom at 7:30 AM was told by the front desk nothing I could do about it !!! Gave me a mop and towels to clean up the water !! On top of that the front desk person was so rude and combative, told my wife to go to the store for milk and sugar for the coffee!! Can’t make this up ! Don’t ever go here! Disgusting and filthy!

The room smelled like smoke, and breakfast was a roll and granola bar when others are serving a full hot breakfast!

The beds were hard as rock. Broken knob to shower, and water never got hot. There is NO elevator. Requested non-smoking, and my room smelt like an ashtray. Worst hotel stay ever, didn’t even stay the second night due to conditions.

Really needs an update. The carpet is nasty, the entire hotel did not appear to have been vacuumed in years. The toilet leaked near the wall and appeared to have been this way for many months. The doors do not close properly, I believe the floors are sinking. Our socks were black after walking in the room. The curtains do not close well. It’s just not a place where you want to stay.

The disinfecting smell was overwhelming as soon as you walked in the door. In the room the bathtub faucet continually dripped, mold around the tub, the bed was like sleeping on springs the bed was so hard. The air conditionvent was so dirty we were afraid to turn it on and see what would come out of the vents. The dead bolt on the door was broke. It is also near train tracks and train goes thru around 2am and 4am. Then around 4am we were woke up to the smell of a skunk - very bad smell (hotel is right on off the hwy). We showered and left by 5am.

I love the quietness and freshness. I dislike the thin walls and door slams when guest guest leave out the rooms. Overall , great hotels

breakfast was nice and rooms were large and seemed like renovated recently

This hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and close highway access. The rooms are huge and very clean! Some furniture accessories are a bit worn such as the lamps and dresser. We didn't have the breakfast because of early morning leave. Staff was very courteous and check in was quick and easy!

It took 15 min to get the key, the clerk did know how to handle a pre-booked room. when opening the room, other people were in the room. Another clerk now took another 15 min. with both parties before she gave me another room. Even though there were only 5 or 6 cars outside and the motel appeared almost empty. The clerk told me we could have to 1:00 pm check out and wrote it down(11:00am Normal checkout ) . but we were called and the cleaning staff waited in the hall at 11:30am for us to checkout. so we had to rush and check out. waiting at a restaurant until our 1:00 pm wedding time. Differently upset. Will never stay here again. The motel is close on a 4-lane highway. along side a railroad track with trains running all night. No place to sleep. However, the facilities were nice, clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

great overnight stay
