Hotel is old, not the best area of town even though it is off Hwy. 54 and only a handful of guests on a weekend night. 2 women and we did not feel safe staying here. Mattresses were sitting on metal frames that were more like cots and uncomfortable. Staff was pleasant and accommodating when our first room was not clean.
The rate was reasonable. Jody was extremely rude she repeated multiple times that there wasn’t nothing she could do and stated that I suppose to check out after one night. I had booked and paid for 2 nights. She was rude to the associate from orbitz as well. It was embarrassing as people were walking by and I showed her my confirmation and receipts.
Close to capital building parking lot at Capital church and Perkins
The bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows. People were slamming doors,hollering and knocking on doors all hours of the night.
They dint mention regarding the free breakfast.. its a limited item you get from nearby Perkins..
We (my son and I) stayed there on our way traveling through the area. Initial reservation was made online, they upgraded us from one King to two Doubles at no extra charge. AC worked well, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a little run-down but for the price was okay. Only complain was the odor, which smelled like strong cleaning chemicals. I put a packet of coffee in the AC and that helped.

We do have an old building. I am sorry the first room you got was not clean. I will look into this and find out what happened with that. We hope we get the chance to better serve you in the future!
