To start, the staff was fantastic and understanding. We had originally booked for two nights but simply couldn’t stay a second night. The room we were in was a “luxury suite”, post-remodel and it was terrible. Filthy air vents, drywall mud splattered everywhere, carpets never been clean, tub that was not properly installed and leaked, shower handle not properly installed so hot water was not accessible, curtain would not close and light came through all night. Avoid this hotel.
The place need updating!!!! The room was clean, however sheets, pillows and shower curtain were pretty stain, made you wonder if they were clean or not. I used my own blanket to cover myself and baby.
The room smelled bad, the cable didn't work, the pool was small and out of order, the breakfast didn't have juice. Overall it is a terrible hotel. Oh and the comforter was nasty.
