Room and hotel were dirty. Exit doors were propped which causes concern for security. Building and room smelled of smoke. Food and trash in stairwells.

Arrived late night, exhausted from traveling, and there was no staff to be found. I was literally yelling "hello?" To find someone... wasn't until about five minutes later that someone finally came from the back, saying he was working? The room was ok, but definitely run down and smelly. The worst part was that I woke up covered in spider bites on my beach, shoulders, and arms!! Save your money and your health!!

This was a fine hotel for what we needed, which was one night in Columbia. The bed was comfortable, but I wish there had been 4 pillows on the bed and not just 3. The shower was nice, but it would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we booked a non-smoking room, but when we got to our room, there was an overwhelming smoke odor. It was terrible and I started to get a headache almost immediately from the lingering smoke smell. Thankfully, my husband was able to open the windows and we aired out the room.

This hotel is very good. The staff is very polite and accommodating. We stayed two nights in two different rooms. Our first room was very clean, fresh and spacious! It made our night very comfortable. Our only complaint was so noise. Our second night we moved to a different room. The room was still clean but had a very bad smell, nothing like our first room. The smell could be from an old smoking room or another source. Overall great hotel though highly recommend it.

I did not realize that the policy of the hotel was to clean the room only once per week. Since I stayed there only 4 days my room was not cleaned at all. This was a disappointment.

I suppose that at the price-point you get what you pay for, but the facility is definitely overdue for some updating. Also, the first room we were directed to, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff was helpful and cheerful and luckily was able to find us a room in the same facility that did not smell.

Pleasant stay. Staff was great. Would stay there again.

Stayed 2 nights, check in was painless and friendly staff. Breakfast was limited to coffee and a selection of muffins and granola bars. I liked the coffee. Easy access off I70 and easy drive to Mizzou Arena. No food within walking distance. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom had toiletries. You need to ask for a hair dryer at the front desk. Overall a pleasant stay. Not a high end hotel but met our needs well.

I've stayed at Extended Stay America hotels in a few different cities, and they're pretty consistent in design and quality. Nice, clean, big room with a small kitchenette (including full size refrigerator). Desk staff very professional and efficient. Room did not have cups for some reason, so I had to improvise to brush my teeth. A bit away from MU's campus but an easy drive to the stadiums.

The room was ok, bed was comfortable, fan which is hooked into bathroom light switch was loud & annoying, not many channels on tv, AC unit was hard to get started. Freezer had some old wendys ice cream in it, all appl. Worked good, if u want something simple, this would b the place, id stay again if i didnt have other choices available. Staff was nice

Perfect location for a business road trip. Easy off and on.

Grab and go breakfast should include some cold beverage as orange juice, my wife and I didn't want cofee or tea. The air conditioning on bedroom wasn't cool enough, thanks god it was a fresh night.

I was only there for about 12 hours, but I got what I expected. When I arrived they told me that while I'd reserved a non-smoking room a website, they only had smoking rooms. This isn't the first time where a hotel has treated me as less important when I booked through from other than the hotel. She also wasn't aware of how to handle payment, even though I told her it was pre-paid. The room didn't smell like a smoking room, however. There was a fridge and dishes, just like I expected. There were no batteries in the remote, although the girl at the front desk offered to replace them.

I went to Columbia for mother's weekend with my son. Asked him where to stay- he had no idea. Couldn't beat the value of this hotel for what you got. it was clean and easy to get to. Not much staff working but those that were there were very helpful.

A no-frills hotel with a friendly staff. Quiet and clean. Very convenient. Close to restaurants, shopping, downtown and Mizzou campus.

The room was clean and quiet. They do allow smoking in the rooms, so if, like me, you are a non-smoker, make sure to ask for a non-smoking room.

I stayed at this hotel while sitting for my bar exam, it was much cheaper than staying at the hosting hotel; but it was very close by everything I needed, and it was quiet; just what I needed.

Seems to be a new facility with good appliances. Very convenient location with many options for dinning out around. But you will need a car to move around. Good place to stay if you are into football since it's relatively close to the stadium.

I wasn't expecting much out of the hotel. The room met our needs. It wasn't dirty, but I wouldn't say it was overly clean. The warm blanket on the bed had cigarette burns on it. The bed was very firm. The full size fridge and kitchenette were nice to have.

My husband and I enjoyed our one night stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
