Hotel counter staff could not find my reservations through orbitz. They made me call orbitz. While I was on the phone they found them. Next I checked in around 4:30. They gave me my room card. I went to my room. It was completely a mess. Beer cans laying around. Not made up. They never cleaned it. Went back down. They swapped my room. No one really seemed to care or even apologize for it. Once in new room it was fine. Nothing special about this place. Low budget and you get what you get for it. Next time I will spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

I found the staff to be very friendly and willing to help us with what ever we needed

The place is old and unkept. Was there two days and no room service showed up. The whole place needs ventavated. We only stayed there because it was right next to Ft. Jackson and all on base hotels were full, and trust me THATS ALL this place had going for it.

This was the most unpleasant stay I've ever experienced. The facility is dirty and stinky (moldy and funky). The place needs an overhaul. It's a shame that it is next to a military base that brings in people from all over to stay in such a filthy place. The room had A LOT OF HAIR, in the blanket, the bathroom and the carpet needed to be replaced from all the traction. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The mattress was the pits, it was so uncomfortable and lumpy! We had to ask for the room to be cleaned and had to follow-up to make sure it was done. I would never stay there again!

IT STARTED BY NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND THE PLACE. IT IS NOT ON THE ROAD WITH THAT ADDRESS. IT IS ON A TINY UNMARKED ACCESS ROAD USED FOR THE WALMART DELIVERIES ABOUT A MILE FROM THE STREET ADDRESS GIVEN. ARRIVED AT NOON. THE ROOM WAS READY - HOTEL 70% VACANT. THEY WANTED $$$ FOR EARLY CHECK-IN (3PM). NOTHING IN THE ROOM EXCEPT BATHROOM TOWELS AND A BAR OF SOAP. YOU HAVE TO PHONE THE FRONT DESK FOR COFFEE POT, SILVERWARE, GLASSES, CUPS, PLATES, POTS/PANS, SHAMPOO, ETC.

We stayed in a pet room. It smelled like pee. There were no hand towels or wash cloths. It was just dirty. The office was not clean. The staff that helped us was nice but there was also an early check in fee. We arrived from out of town at 2pm. They wanted to charge us to check in early - apparently the check in time was at 3pm. The staff was kind about it and stated he was sorry but that was the managers call. 'I would recommend you take the CARPET out of your pet rooms. It stunk in the room and there was mold on the ceiling. YUCK - had we not had a function to go to immediately we would have sought another hotel. Would not stay in this hotel again.

The people are friendly but need more customer skills, the room is nice but the bed and pillows are not conftable and found some roaches in my room.

Checked us in a used room, beds wasn't made from the last visit and poop stains in the toilet. After dealing with the extremely rude staff we were moved to another room. In this room there were bugs found, the main table only had 3 legs so the table fell over when we sat our things on it. There was NOTHING in the room. No extra toilet paper, cups, coffee pot, soaps, literally nothing. And the breakfast is literally mini muffins from a gas station and coffee. Worst hotel experience of we've ever had.

Nothing fancy, but great for the price. Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient to shopping, dining, interstates. Each room has a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, small microwave, kitchen sink, and two-burner electric stove. I would definitely stay here again.

Management and staff are very considerate and polite.

The hotel was very nice and staff, but the linen was very itchy woke up with marks. I highly recommend it to family and friends.

It had roaches the staff never answered the calls or really did anything. It was horrible.

Room was full of roaches. Moved me to another room that wasn't even clean! Mold in bathroom sink.

I have never stayed in a hotel were your room is not cleaned daily. I have experienced to not change your sheets daily but to not clean your room I have never experience that, nor I have never been in a hotel that does not have a hair blow dryer. I stayed four days. I have never known of a hotel that washes there own linen they send them out to get properly washed by professional that all hotels should do.

Maid service only once a week, back side is right on the highway and is very noisy. Room was not clean with food under bed and behind nightstand. Phone was under the bed and every lamp was unplugged with lights between the beds on the wall were falling off with wire-nuts and electrical tape on the cord.

The hotel was convenient to Ft. Jackson and shopping. The room was clean and good sized. The elevator smelled of sewage and the front desk Staff was rude and grumpy except for 1 (Angela).

April was a great help! easy upgraded stay, no worries, last minute changes.

I couldn't use the kitchen because that's the main part of the hotel the cockroaches were even after killing over 30 there was still more coming out or random places. I could barely sleep because I was so uncomfortable.

The room is as described in their site, there are a lot of commerce near and different restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

Mac, it was disheartening to read that you were unhappy with our hotel policies, and we are truly sorry your stay was less than satisfactory. As an extended stay property, our brand standards require us to keep the in-room amenities at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suite. We regret the inconvenience this caused and hope you will give us another chance to serve you when in our area. Sincerely, General Manager
