Hotel was dirty. The hallway stairs were filled with mud and dirt. A lot of it. It was there when we checked in, it was there in the next morning. The first room they put us in smelled bad, you could tell someone had been smoking in it. They did switch us to another room. The floors in both rooms were dirty, the microwave did not work in the second room. The floors in the main hallways were not very clean, either. The coffee station in the lobby was dirty. You could tell no one bothers to wipe up when people spill. The one bright note was that the desk person that checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. I believe her name was Liz.

There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, a food wrapper behind the stand the tv was on and a child's sandal under the bed. The room stunk and the carpet was so dirty we would not put our bare feet on it! I understand there are restrictions in place due to Covid 19, however, the continental breakfast consisted of packaged breakfast bars. No coffee, no juice, no fruit. 2 small baskets of breakfast bars. I booked this room due to its 3.9 rating on Orbitz. Someone clearly lied!

Staff was very friendly and help full. Breakfast was very good much more than expected. For the price I was pleasantly surprised.

There is no elevator and we were on the second floor. My mom has a bad back so we had to carry her and my luggage up the stairs. Plus, the room had a lot of dust.

The hotel is nice enough and the room was fairly clean although there was some nasty stains on the rug. Everything else in the room was very clean. Problem is the walls are so thin, I could hear people next door just talking. Very hard to sleep when you hear everything going on in the next room.

With a late checkin and convenient late checkout before a busy day. Clean and quiet!

The hotel was alright, the staff friendly. Breakfast so so. It is not what you come to vacate but was okay since we were travelling and looked for a room for the night.

The hotel experience was okay. There was no elevator, the second floor hallway needs a deep clean, and the dust bunnies on the light fuxtures need to be removed.

The hotel was very dirty and rundown. Fallen ceiling, cracks, occasional bug, bad coffee, but the pool was warm, bed was very comfortable, shower was hot, and food was good.

We were surprised the facility didn't have an elevator. The pool was closed during our stay. It appeared to be an older building, but once in the rooms it was fine.

My stay was truly a pleasure. the only reason for not putting a five out of five rating is because the sheets were very rough. I suggest some fabric softener.

Enjoyed our stay very much would stay at the hotel again.

Loved the room. Pillows and blankets were very soft and comfortable. Pool was ok, not the best. Wish they had an earlier breakfast for the early birds who travel etc

The hotel staff was prompt and friendly. The room was clean and nicely furnished. There was a pool but, we didn't get to use it because someone got sick in the pool. :( A simple breakfast at the hotel got us out the door fast.
