We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus Columbia North East. We were down for a graduation at Fort Jackson so it was very conveniently located. Just wish the bathroom had been a little big bigger.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Very clean. Decor was nice in both the lobby and the room. Great place to stay while in town for your son's or daughter's graduation from Basic Training Camp at Fort Jackson. It was just over a 20 minute drive to the Fort. Decent variety of restaurants nearby. Outback steakhouse was across the parking lot.

My husband and I have stayed at BW before and it's been hit or miss. We are glad this one, in Columbia, SC was definitely a hit. The location was very good, the staff friendly, and we were impressed with how clean the whole hotel was. Not a negative thing to say about this hotel.

Enjoyed 3 days there with family over Thanksgiving. Peaceful and quiet. Close to everything.

Easy check-in, excellent staff with quiet stay. Very clean.

Requested wake up call for 4:15 A.M.. Never received wake up call causing me to miss important meeting. I lossed an account because Hotel did not wake me up per my request. Will not stay at this hotel in future.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only negative was the loud sound of the train across the street and the walls of the rooms are very thin.

First let me say the staff was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel many times when doing our college search. Check in was quick. Unfortunately when we got to our room on the 6th floor it smelled like smoke and was a bit musty. I am not one to be fussy and would not change rooms because of this but as an non smoker I did not appreciate it. I am hoping these rooms get freshened up for the next guests. Now that we have a student at USC we will be in town more often I am sure.

I use this hotel for a local comic convention I attend and have used it for two years now and I'm very happy! It's clean, quite, close to the interstate and not far from downtown

The lady at the front desk was very nice and even had directions on how to get to the base. The other staff members were very friendly.

My family stayed just one night on our way home to NC. The hotel room was clean, smelled fresh, and had all the amenities we were looking for. It was a last-minute booking and we got a good price as well.

Stayed here for a weekend for a USC football game. Nothing great but acceptable. Damp smelling but clean. Parking is not very good and neighborhood is ok.

Stayed here because it was conveniently located, but was pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice and so were the staff. I only regret that the breakfast wasn't buffet as I was told. Other than cereal and fruit, you only had some sort of meat and pre-made eggs. I wasn't expecting a Ryan's or Golden Corral type of buffet, but more than what was received. The meat and eggs were tasty though...will stay again and just do breakfast somewhere else.

This was a quick trip ,The hotel had a quick check in. Restaurants were close by and I felt safe traveling solo.

No complaints. Great price for room. Clean rooms and beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Great location for our baseball tournament.

Hotel was nice breakfast good great coffee we where there for a baseball tournament on Saturdar and Sunday

Hotel was very clean and the staff was quite nice and accomadating. The pool area is outdoors and gives you a chance to absorb the Carolina sunshine yet cool off with a dip.

Was the perfect place for graduation for BCT Pool was nice. Guest services were very friendly and the breakfast was a typical continental breakfast.

We stayed for a quick stopover enroute to FL. Good value. Rooms are clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

I decided to pay a little more thinking I would get a better stay. The room had food crumbs on the floor, ice machine was 2 floors up, vending was pitiful. This should have been a $60 room for what we got, not $130.
