Property was fine as usual but the attendant at the front desk was rude. We were fresh off of a 5 hour drive and they would not allow us to even use the restroom in the hallway before checking into our room.

We stayed on a visit to Jefferson City. The hotel is close to attractions and is located right off Hwy 50. The hotel looks new and is spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The location to downtown is very good. The facility itself, except for the fact the fitness room was closed, was great.

Location was close to State Capitol, easy access, Plenty of parking. Part of hotel was recently remodeled. Breakfast was limited as far as hot items. Had residual smoke smell when AC was on. It took awhile for room to cool down. Some transient was in the hallway at 0100 hrs in the morning, tapping and knocking on doors. Very strange. Yelled at them to stop, started again at 0130. Called front desk and they came up and took care of situation.
The property wasn't accepting any of my credit cards or other guest' credit cards and made it out to be our faults. In reality the were having technical trouble with their systems. It was a huge headache and we were almost turned away even though we had prepaid for the news.
