This place is a dump. Needs major renovation.

The location is great, other than highway noise, but the hotel is in massive disrepair, and is also not being kept clean. My room was in need of gutting and replacement, with over a dozen things broken and was generally filthy. The outside doors were broken, and one would not open from the inside, an obvious fire hazard.

Horrible room... dilapidated motel... should be torn down. I have stayed in some pretty bad motels over the years, but this was the worst.

Front desk was close, nobody contacted us

This place is Sh*t! DO. NIT STAY THERE. it’s close to GOG, but it is trash. I got there and it was clear this was a haven for trash. Hookers in the parking lot. Just trash. And, when I got there- the lights were out and had a hand written sign on the door that said no vacancy. And I’m still fighting for a refund. Don’t trust the pics. Go across the street to Quality Inn- or the other way on GOG street to better places. Trash.

Clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating

this was a dirty smelly place to stay with a very un- personable staff. i can't believe we paid $125 for this room and understand why there was vacancy here. we wont make this mistake again

The staff is absolutely wonderful! The room I had was horrible! Wallpaper was starting to peel off the wall, the remote to the TV was broke & the batteries were dead & looked as if someone had chewed on them to make them work! Front desk got me new batteries. Pulled the old ones out & a spring popped out with them. So I had to finagle a way for that to stay in so I could use the remote. Bathroom was lovely! Shower head was great! I guess people “live” there because they cannot afford to live anywhere else. A lot of “sketchy” people, looked like dope deals to me - in the parking lot one day. Beds were good.. I’m a hot sleeper, so I brought my little fan with me. Hotel didn’t reek of pot/marijuana - thank goodness! That is what caused to me check out of my first hotel.

The beds were very comfortable. The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful.

The staff are super nice so I hate having to report extremely poor quality of the hotel.

There were cigarette burns on the bedding, the tub had severe wear and tear, the hand towels were dirty, and the pool was empty. On a good note, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Bathtub looked like it was being used from several decades. This hotel needs renovation. The price we pay does not meets expectations

The staff was nice. The beds were comfy too. However, I have never seen a property that needed to be renovated more than this one. Inside and out, this place is neglected. Tall weeds, pool closed with no opening in sight, dirty bathrooms, toilets that hardly flush, spongy bathtubs, rotting ceilings, chipped paint and overall beat up walls, smoke detectors covered in plastic...it was the worst place that any person, in my group of 5, has ever stayed. Orbitz did come through for us and found us another place to stay.

It was dirty. Other guests were complaining. The bed was terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I checked out instead of staying the three days I registered for.
