Staffing was great. They went out of the way of me.

Although a little older, the place is clean and the staff very friendly. I had to get up extra early and they let me get a bowl of cereal even though it was long before breakfast. Overall, this place deserves more props than it gets.

Property is in disrepair...boarded up windows etc. The area is very unsafe with numerous homeless doing drugs. The front tire of my car was slashed with a knife. Replacement of the tire cost $500! This also caused our trip to be interrupted and we missed out on scheduled activities.

Room carpet was full of dog hair. Window AC so loud couldn’t hear TV unless turned off.

The room was small, dirty/dust bunnies in the corner, the towel rack was barely secured to the wall, the toilet seat was loose, the fridge was leveled using shims and wabbled when you opened/closed the door and for requesting a "non-smoking" room it smelled horrible of cigarette smoke. The only good things were that the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice and check-in was easy.

Dangerous area, very unclean rooms, and management who is incredibly unprofessional.

Very dirty, with loud residents. I was very surprised to see that people are actually living here. They were all very loud. We stayed 3 nights and never had our room cleaned or restocked with clean towels, the floors in the hallways were disgusting- who knows when the last time they were cleaned. Homeless people sat in the halls during a snow storm.

Very nice place - super clean, great pool great staff!! Perfect gateway to a Pikes Peak experience!! Oh, and fresh waffles!!

The staff were so nice and supportive when i wanted to change the room since the toilte didnt work. otherwise, it wasnot that good

Hotel is filthy, room was filthy, bed linens dirty, bathroom filthy, throne didn't flush, door lock barely worked. There is nothing about this place that is satisfactory.

Staff smoked cigarettes right at the open door. Dog sh$# everywhere outside. Room smelt like cigarettes. Tv remote did not work. Mold up on the ceiling and wall of bathroom. Holes in the bedding. Breakfast sucked with warm milk. Staff wouldn't refund the change that the laundry machines took.

Sheets dirty. Pillow case had blood stain. Hair dryer didn’t work. Everything was dirty. Smelled. TV reception was fuzzy like it was using an antenna instead of cable. Breakfast food provided wasn’t well stocked from day to day. Didn’t use the pool because of how dirty everything seemed.

Do not stay here! Lobby was absolutely filthy, check in was slow. Our first room was not completed by housekeeping. There was fresh blood on the "clean" sheets. They moved us to another room, the carpets were matted with years of dirt and mysterious stains, unidentifiable goo on the curtains, room stunk of cigarettes and marijuana. We were in the room long enough to book a different, much nicer hotel down the street. Very unsavory part of town. They said they were going to refund the room but that hasn't showed up yet. Called and complained to corporate, they were quite friendly and helpful. What an embarrassment to Orbitz and Travelodge. I will never book through Orbitz again after this experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and for the price, this is just what I was looking for..

Unsanitary and old. Save your money and go somewhere else.

There is nothing special about the hotel other than the close location to pikes peak and garden of the gods. I didn’t feel safe in the parking lot. You have a bunch of dirty people hang out in the back smoking, being loud and pets are all over. Hallways smell like straight up urine. Carpets are messed up and I felt like I couldn’t really get comfortable. Fortunately we only stayed one night. However the bed was comfy and somewhat clean after I did a thorough check. But you shouldn’t have to do that when getting a hotel room. You should know it’s clean but here is a different story. The cleaning lady knocked and attempted to open the door at 930am when the checkout is 11am. Told her we were still here and tried to open again. uh, seriously? Only plus side was the nice lady in the front. She was the only positive experience at this place. I would suggest looking elsewhere unless everywhere else in Colorado Springs is sold out. You get what you pay for!
