When I checked in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the staff every was friendly helpful and kind.

The room was clean, but the facility needs to have a major update and management needs to on top of it. For example, the bed was too old and need to be replaced. Lobby needs to rearranged to be functioning. The whole hotel, there are 4 very small tables in the breakfast areas. The lobby is for welcome guest, not for building material storage like room air conditions. With a better management, an old hotel could look more professional.

If you are looking for an economical, clean place to stay, this is it! My husband and two small children were in town for family and this motel was perfect for the price. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Very simple motel with no pool or fitness room, but the complimentary breakfast was great and typical of a Super 8. For the price, this couldn't be beat!

Simple, cheap, old and run down but clean. Sketchy on safety.

The room was located on the traffic side of the hotel. I had to run the A/C unit fan all night to block out the sound. The WiFi didn't work in my room the entire stay, and the public access one had to be rebooted each time someone wanted to use it. Also, the electric outlets were not able to hold my connections to my USB charger or my computer.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel. Upon checkin, we were a little concerned about the appearance of the building, lobby, hallways, etc. We noticed that it looked like some things needed replacing (floor tiles, cupboard doors). When we got to our room, it was very clean and quiet, even though we were close to the interstate. We slept very well that night. It was very easy to get on the roads we needed from this hotel, so it was conveniently located.

hotel was quiet as we were away from the highway side. within walking distance of restaurants.

Hotel has a great location but the room was smelly & not that clean. Breakfast was pretty bad. Not a good value for the money

This was the second time I stayed there. It's a good value but no one should expect luxury living. I do think that it's a good value.

Convenient in town right off freeway, staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and the unit was very affordable!!

The staff were very friendly. It had a nice breakfast selection. It is very close to Garden of the Gods which worked out well for us given our limited time before needing to get to Denver airport.

Easy access to hotel and local activities, not fancy but comfortable/clean stay for 1-3 nights.

Clean rooms; friendly hotel staff; nice place for traveling on a budget; air conditioner in my room didn't get the room down to a comfortable temp, though

convienent

This is the hotel you want to stay in if you want to save money and don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room. We chose this hotel because it allowed dogs but do be adivsed there are not a whole lot of area's in walking distance (except the small brushy areas around the hotel parking lot) to take your dog. It's definately no frills, the rooms are old and in need of update (which some may mistake for looking a bit dirty) but they are clean and quiet. We did have a problem with a few dirty towels but the hotel staff was quick to fix the problem and were the nicest hotel staff I've ever dealt with. For the price, it's a good value.
